I’m updating my review because Fabiola took the time out to reach out to me for doing my hair. Fabiola is a great hair stylist, and everyone has their way of doing a balayage. Reflecting on older pictures my hair did look good, but wasn’t the way I showed her in pictures.

I usually don’t like to post reviews but after what I went through I feel like every person should know NOT TO GO HERE FOR AN OMBRE! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it and was very confident. The owner was speaking in Spanish and the last thing she said to him was, «oh is that a new technique?» And he replies saying that it was an old technique. It made me very nervous but it was so confident that I didn’t want to doubt him. However, it looked nothing like the picture, which I will post after. It looked my my hair was yellow blonde and I just decided to grow out my hair and there was no blending of dark to light whatsoever. I went back the same day and the second time he did it it looked like I was a «zebra» where it was blonde then black them blonde again. I was so upset and the owner saw how upset I was and looked at my hair and said it’ll only take a few minutes to fix, which it did not. So this the third time he touches my hair and at this point I just wanted to leave bc I was upset. It still looked so bad and my ear had dye on it! I didn’t not ask for a refund until 3 days later and he told me the only way he’d give me a refund is if he takes out all the color. But my hair has been through a lot and I don’t not trust him with my hair anymore. So I went to a different salon and got a professional opinion. They agreed that it was a total mess and actually fixed my hair. In the end, I learned to read reviews first and not to trust just anyone with my hair. I am still in the processes of getting my refund. Check out the pictures.

Just got a hair cut here a week ago and When he was done it looked very clean and al, but the next day when I washed it again and noticed how many split ends I had still had on the end of my hair. Very annoyed, also because they are kinda overpriced.

I got my hair done here for my daughters birthday party. i don’t remember the hair dressers name but she greeted me offered me coffee or water was pleasant. I showed her a picture of what I was thinking of getting she said ok looks nice and seemed confident and familiar with the look. I was supposed to be tight medium sized curls with lots of body… I put my clip in hair extensions and she started curling my hair… I showed her a different picture with a different style for my hair and asked her opinion to which would look better she said the first one don’t worry. she turned the chair to the side so I was not watching what she was doing and kept working on my hair. when she finally revealed the «finished look» –_​– I looked terrible it looked like an amateur curled my hair. I was better off doing my own hair !! so many clips from my extensions were showing !! are you serious? like I really have to point that out you ?! so I calmly told her to fix the clips or the hair so it doesn’t show she said «oh yea it’s bc you have extensions» well, yes she was right but obviously you need to hide them. anyways and I just looked like a wet poodle. no body what so ever. & initially I wanted to blame my thin hair but as a professional hair dresser who knows that I’m obviously paying money for this needs to look presentable. I was so frustrated by the way I looked especially if they charged me $ 58.85 bc I used a credit card so they charge tax. I left her a 15% cash tip anyways. I will not be going back .
I went home and had to pin the top up to make it somewhat ok. I did not have anymore time to waste on this place to try and have her fix it. I just politely took the loss and left. I wish I remember her name so this review would be of more help.

Fabiola is fabulous!
She did my daughter’s hair for Prom. Fabiola listened, advised my daughter about humidity issues, and came up with a very creative, beautiful compromise that lasted the whole evening and looked like nobody else’s hairdo.
2 weeks later Fabiola gave my daughter a haircut, and my teenager is happy with it. Again, Fabiola knowledge of types of hair and advise were priceless. She also did a wonderful blow-​out.
We will be going back many, many times. Thank you, Fabiola.

Had an appointment scheduled but needed to cancel it being that the event I was going to had been cancelled, I called the salon 2 hours before and was treated very rudely by the man who answered the phone ! He asked wjy I gave such little notice and was very cold about it, I told him I felt 2 hours was ample time and how could I possibly help it if I myself had just found out the event I was to attend was cancelled, he persisted that most places request a 24 hour. Cancellation– OK — where exactly is that stipulated with this salon??? It certainly wasnt explained to me on the phone — oh that’s right because it’s NOT a stipulation. I suggest this company make it one in the future and learn how to talk to customers properly!

I’ve been going to Jairo and his wife Fabiola for 11yrs. They really know how to make a customer feel valued and beautiful! Everytime I walk out of their salon, I am super happy with my cut and blowdry. My most recent cut (December) by Fabiola is actually my favorite bc it’s so easy to manage and looks nice even when I don’t style it. I have really long hair, and after all these years, I’m so happy I’ve finally found a cut I absolutely love.
