Coast Mastering has not one but three powerhouse mastering engineers. I worked with Piper Payne twice — once on an indie rock song and again on a folk/​acoustic song. She gave my rock song the smooth punch I was looking for, and was able to fix up flaws in the other. I will definitely be back at Coast to master my next mixes.
The whole team is friendly and communicative, and the price is right. The vibe is professional but chill — and so cool in their new location right next to Fantasy! Thanks, Coast!

My band Alta View chose Coast mastering over a few other places to master our first project. I’m so glad we decided to go with them. They took our music and brought it to life. They make your sound professional and up to industry quality. They are very accommodating, easy to work with, and almost always available to talk. It’s nice to work with someone who completely understands what you’re trying to achieve and has the same goal in mind. We will be going back to coast mastering for our next project. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to take their music to the next level. Our band is a pop punk band but they can work with any genre of music. But hey if you don’t believe me go listen to Alta View’s Honest Intentions EP and see for yourself.

I have worked with Coast mastering team (Michael Romanowski) & Jonathan for 2 of my songs now. One of them was an attended session with Michael and other one i took unattended. Both came out great. His mastering work is excellent and its a nice team to work with. I was recommended to him by my friend Daljeet who lives in Santa Cruz and i so far loved working with them. Coast Mastering is highly recommended!
