This place is totally great. They printed a graphic novel for me and it looked much better than when I did a test print with blurb. They do short runs and the prices are totally reasonable. Excellent service + Great people. I’ve used Edition One twice and plan on using them again. Highly recommended.

This is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve EVER had.
Not only did they print my books BACKWARDS but the head of the company, when I brought up the error, spoke to me in an incredibly condescending way, he refused to be apologetic & was defensive the entire time.
He then proceeded to tell me that he was NOT going to remake my books & that he didn’t need my money.
I cannot say this enough… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Another friend of mine who has had smaller things printed from them also commented on the incredibly unprofessional communications from this person.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.

These guys are the best in the business. I’ve done a few books with them, for a variety of clients and for my own graphic design office. The books are all very nicely done, consistent color and manufacturing, the service is really good too. Keep up the good work, I’ll be back!

Mary and Ben have become my trusted go-​to resource for the short run books I design and produce for my clients. As a small design firm, I appreciate the personal connection and level of service provided by Edition One and the beautiful finished product they deliver, every time.
Other online resources I have used in the past do not answer phones, provide actual printed proofs, or preflight files before ripping them.
Edition One not only answers their phone, but they also return phone calls and personally answer emails. Promptly.
As part of their service, they provide printed unbound proofs that are printed exactly as they will be on the final run so I can confidently evaluate color and content before giving a green light for the entire run (without having to order a full book at full single book rate like I have had to do from other resources).
It just doesn’t get any better than that!
