Terrible service and poor quality of work. They gave us $ 150 price for coming out to put the rat poison, pick up the dead rats after two weeks and close the openings. I took a day off from work for the second appointment but no one showed up for 10am appointment. Called them 10 – 15 times but no answers and no one returned my calls.
I used a different phone/​number to call and someone picked up who promised to send someone by 4:30 pm. My whole day was a waste.
Later, they mailed me another $ 150 invoice for the 2nd visit. There was no mention of the additional charges at all.
Not to mention– we were having flies problems after their service (due to the dead rats) so had to call another pest control.
Gring has a terrible service and poor quality of work.

Gring has kept us free of pests for many, many years! I love this company. Any time a problem arises, they are out right away. Always knowledgable and courteous. I recommend them!

So, I haven’t actually used their services, but I did have some bites at night, and found some bugs living in my dresser. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, I dropped off samples of the bugs, in which they sent to the agriculture department at cal berkeley to have them identified. This was of no charge, still waiting to hear back, hoping the bugs aren’t anything gnarly!
