I’ve long been a fan of the oversized sweaters, but this was the only 4th Street store that exuded attitude. I guess they’ve got their regulars, and they really don’t care if they ever land another customer.

I purchased a pair of beautiful boots from this store last year. I love the boots and love the clothes at MO. Unlike many other reviewers I find the clothes to be contemporary and beautiful, I can’t speak to the quality however. I will say that the staff has attitude. Bad, snotty & elitist attitude. It is for this reason I won’t shop there again. I find it laughable when retail clothing store staff carry an unfriendly attitude towards their customers. It’s a really bad move. I love my boots but I can buy them online! I won’t be back…

this is definitely for older women, lots of cashmere cardigans and more somewhat casual office clothes. the sales staff were friendly enough, but i overheard conversations and i felt like they were overcomplimenting customers.

I come here for Calleen Cordero bags and belts. It’s the best place I’ve found in the area for them. They’re just really cool and beautiful, and yes pricey but hey, they’re made by hand in LA and look awesome. I’m so in love with my new black one, like a mini duffel. Wish they carried more of her shoes. I usually get something from the Margaret O’Leary line too, I live in the sweaters, they’re infinitely more flattering than the average sweater and just something different about them. I always get questions and compliments. It’s true about them lasting for years, but somehow I need another every few months as the styles change! Boutique staff is nice, low key which is always my preference, and they have fashion forward suggestions.

Outstanding, personal service, fabulous clothes. Grace, who exemplifies smart, fashion-savy, and genuinely caring, professional assistance assembles the perfect outfit. Just try and leave without buying …

A few years ago I purchased the most lovely black cashmere sweater from this designer. I had it for 5 years and it looked brand new each time I wore it. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for her current pieces. The quality has gone way down(pills, pills, pills, after one or two wearings!) and the prices have only gone up. Don’t waste your money. Buy your cashmere elsewhere.

My sister calls this place«the old lady store.» That was what I thought as well(having been there only once and not having any luck finding anything remotely interesting/aimed at my demographic), until my coworker turned me on to this place. The past couple of times I’ve been there, I’ve had crazy insane psychosomaticaddictinsane luck! And yes, I just quoted Prodigy. On SUPERMAJOR discount, I managed to snag an awesome blue silk Ted Baker sailor-esque dress, 2 really hip/alternative-looking M.O.L. sweaters, a cotton Splendid tanktop with shirring at the center bust, a sheer Origami tank with the coolest shoulder straps I have ever seen on a tank top of this calibur, and a Joe’s Jeans dark denim pencil skirt. Soooooo awesome. If you go to M.O.L., you have to be browse. They have a lot of interesting stuff tucked away. I have to be honest though, I probably wouldn’t buy anything full-price here. M.O.L. is really expensive. Their sweaters typically run $ 150-$ 300+. That is an exorbitant amount of money and only acceptable if the sweater wool were spun from the down pulled from the armpit of angels.

I come in here occasionally just to browse through their MOL’s sweaters. They’re nothing out of the ordinary but they are still nice and I find some of the styles to be pretty clever in design. This season, the tunic ones are my favorite. Unfortunately, they are expensive as well. I’ve always been pretty good about not getting lured by the desperate sales ladies to buy here. But right now, MOL’s sweaters are on SALE! 50%! No way?! Waaaay, my dear shopaholics! The recession brings us good sales and bargains out there. Let’s help the economy. So I did and scored the lovely tunic. :)

The clothes are worth 4 or 5 stars, but the staff in this store is just so incredibly rude, I have now resorted to buying this brand in other locations. Who do these young ladies think they are??? Get over it– you are working retail, not designing for Prada…

Very cute contemporary clothing boutique that sells the basics(designer jeans and t-shirts) along with other more dressy pieces and choice jewelry and shoes. The color scheme seemed to be rather focused on earth tones with splashes of color here and there. I was most impressed by the service, everyone was super-helpful and happy. A definite must-visit on 4th street
