Gordon is brilliant. Someone else I went to to fix my computer destroyed all the programs. Gordon helped me a great deal and made it work well again. He is personable, very reasonably priced, and quick. An excellent diagnostician and a great guy.

my 2002 PC and Windows XP were running as slowly as molasses in January. As a retired person, I don’t need or want a new computer with blazing speed, but was going nuts trying to getoto the internet, email, etc. Gordon brought the little devil up to speed, replaced a router that was out of date and slowing down the upstairs machine, and generally made life with the internet pleasant again for us. He explains things in a way that the average person can undersand and tries to avoid getting one all tangled up in the latest new tech gadgets unless you are looking for that. He recommended a low cost but excellent router, and went out of his way to keep costs down for us.
At his recommandation we did order a Roku with CC capability and will ask him to set that up once it arrives and we can find a mutually conveneint time.
If you have a computer problem, this is the man to go to.

Mr Techno-​Wiz is great! Gordon was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my computer after our initial phone call. I had someone else fix my computer initially, and I was extremely unhappy.
