One of my favorite stores for fun knick knacks. But I’m writing tonight because Amber was absolutely amazing!
I had had my eye on a particular Pendleton blanket for a couple months. I called in to see if they still had it. Amber was so kind and caring on the phone. She went out of her way to describe every blanket and set aside the one that I had wanted. When I got there she had it all put together with a sweet hand written note.

Great little boutique with excellent selection of fashion and fun! Fantastic customer service as I had a situation that was rectified immediately! A 5 star shout out to Sabrina and Ashley! Always a pleasant experience!

I adore therapy. Every time I am on Solano I stop by. The staff is friendly and always helpful. A few times they didn’t have a size I waned and they offered to check another location and transfer it over.
Now let’s talk about their products! So fun! And the clothes are SO affordable. Some super trendy, but some also super basic which is nice. They offer fun and eclectic jewelry– great fifty items for the house and even carry funny cards and socks! It’s a wonderful little boutique and a great addition to Solano. We need more shops like this on Solano!

I loved Therapy on Valencia, and now I love Therapy on Solano just as much! The girls who work here are so friendly! They are the friendliest store I’ve experienced on Solano Ave so far. Other stores on Solano could learn a lot about customer service from this store. Great shop for finding the perfect little gift for someone– I bought my sister a pair of earrings here the other day. And then the next day I came back and bought myself a new wallet, and it’s both the most stylish AND the most organized wallet I’ve ever had, which is weirdly exciting (since I never really feel stylish or organized).
They’ve got gifts for all different budgets, too, which I love. My family lives in New England, so I always need to consider the cost of shipping anything I buy for people about 3,000 miles, and this store always has something I can afford that looks a lot more expensive than it was. For instance, here you can find necklaces from the 10 dollar range up toward about $ 80 or so, and all of them look good. They’ve got cards, women’s clothes, socks, hats, scarves, jewelry, notebooks, bags and wallets, rubber masks, a small yet great baby toy selection, and unique silly things like ice cube trays, pens, books, that sort of stuff… lots of options for gifts! I will definitely be back.

A friend recommended that we check out this store and I’m sooooooo glad we did. This could possibly be my new favorite store! Went here for the first time yesterday and fell in love! They carry the most random nic nacs and adorable clothes for women. I have a feeling this will be my «go to» store for buying presents for my loved ones. My favorite was their selection of candles. The young lady who was working was very informative about ALL of their merchandise. I believe her name is Ashley and she made our first experience at that store an amazing one. She greeted us and every other customer after us as soon as we stepped foot in the door. She checked in and offered help to each customer without being overbearing. Therapy has many different locations and I can’t wait to check out more, but I have a feeling this one on Solano will be my favorite!!!
