Just received Nordstrom Concierge service from Angelica and had to write a review. Thought I had submitted one after great maintenance service on Toyota Prius a few months ago. Our 2015 Toyota Prius is stuck in SF not working. I called Angelica to cancel our Friday appointment and ask for best strategy to get it up and running. Angelica explained carefully the way a Prius battery system works, gave suggestions for best next steps, and shared with me the Toyota SF dealership number to call. I called this dealership and have an action plan. All done in five minutes. In the meantime I am still waiting on a call back from a Service Advisor from the dealership in which we are leasing the car. Completely endorse both this dealership and Angelica if you are looking for A plus service.

Just had to write a review for Toyota of Berkeley service center. Tim and the rest of the Gold Team have always treated us so well and kept our 2008 Prius in top shape for a reasonable cost to us. We have been very pleased with the purchase and care we have received since 2008.
