I keep going back because truthfully I’m just a bit lazy and they have a drive through.
That being said I’m done after today. It’s so over priced and the attitude of the staff is horrendous. Today however they lost 4 shirts and claimed they never got them.
Take your business across the street. Much better service.

While it is convenient for me, apparently Camelot thinks that they are in a high rent district. EXTREMELY expensive and slow service. Every time I have been in, it takes 5 – 10 minutes to locate my clothes (although I provide my ticket from drop off) and there is usually a comment from an employee about «these stupid computers». To add to the frustration it is a guarantee that while I am paying $ 100 for my dry cleaning, it will take 5 – 6 card swipes to accept my card. I’ve even offered different cards in the middle of this payment fiasco with the same results. It appears that whomever facilitates their management system may need a technology upgrade.
Clothes turn out fine, but you will have to re-​finance something to pay for it. And plan on spending ½ of your lunch hour picking it up.

I have used Camelot Cleaners for many years. Joe and his team always give good service, and fast turn around.

Had too good of an evening and spilt red wine all over my white shorts and dress shirt. Took them over to Camelot Cleaners and Joe Gardella restored them back to new! I was very distressed to have done this since I had just purchased them. I highly recommend using these guys!

My family goes to Camelot, and while they like it, I find them to be a bit overpriced, even more so than places that I’ve gone to in midtown Manhattan. For 3 dresses, Camelot charged $ 13.95 per dress. They did do a 24-​hour turn around for me, but I found them to be a bit overpriced. Pricing aside, I’ve rarely had an issue with the quality of their services. The owner is usually present, which is a nice touch for a local business. Convenient parking and drive-​thru options, close to other local businesses.
