Who would have thought going into this store would be fun? My brother is a bit of a regular as he is restoring an older vehicle and has gotten to know a few staff members. When I started having issues with my car, he suggested we come in so they could run a test on the engine to try to determine the problem.
Enter Alex, a very personable and knowledgeable sales/​tech. He was awesome. He ran the test, asked me a few questions and helped us decide how to proceed.
He never spoke down on me, which would have been easy given I know less than zero about cars.
We bought a few things and checked out. Prices seemed reasonable but I don’t know the going rate for anything in the automobile industry.
Overall it was a great experience and the next time I need something, I will go here first.
