Dunkin Donuts has worst quality control of any franchised company. It’s a given, we all know it. But this is a «good» Dunkin. You know what I mean. The one that you know will get your order right, the first time, without treating you like a villain for placing an order.
When I end up on the Berlin Turnpike I make sure I stop by because I know my ice coffee will be exactly how I want it, without mass hysteria, and served with a smile.
Probably one of the best Dunkins I’ve ever been too.
