I purchased the «Express» car wash for $ 8.00, which the sign advertised with the words «Spot-​Free Rinse.» When my car dried, it was covered with spots on the windows and all over the exterior and looked worse than before the wash, when the windows were spotless. I returned the next day, and the man in charge said that the spotting was normal as it was just a rinse with no soap. When I pointed out that the sign said «Spot-​Free» he repeated that the $ 8.00 rinse does dry with spots. I asked if I could pay the $ 2.00 that the upgraded wash would have been, but he said no, I would have to pay the full $ 10.00. He then relented and said that for $ 5.00 he would give me the $ 10.00 wash. But I had already paid $ 8.00, so I declined. He has lost my business forever and has earned this review.
