Dunkin’ Donuts

Not sure why I return… probably because there are no other DD around. Every time I have been in here the service is so incredibly slow. Today I arrived at 8:05 did not leave with my order until 8:20 and there were only 2 people in front of me. Of course my iced latte was given to me hot. No wonder it took forever. I needed to get to work and didn’t have another ten minutes for them to correct it. Get your act together DD!!! Slow service! Inaccurate order received!!! Will be taking my business to DD on McMurray when it opens. Hopefully they will understand the concept of customer service.

I am a huge Dunkin’ Donuts fan (and have been for 40+ years) but this one needs some serious help. The tables were not clean, napkin dispenser was empty, they had a poor donut selection by lunchtime, and the staff was more interested in goofing off with each other than helping customers. The staff appear to all be very young in need of adult direction. I don’t like to leave really bad reviews if it can be helped, but this one just had no redeeming quality. The overall conditions made me a little nervous to eat here.
The redeeming points would be free WiFi and power outlets.

Get coffee here every day and munchinks for my kids. I love their Boston Cream, but last three times donuts have been stale. Weekdays the staff is quick and courteous but on evenings and weekends they run slow with lack luster employees and the store looks really dirty. Good thing the coffee is still good :)

Don’t want cheese on your sandwich? Then go find another Dunkin’.
4 times I’ve ordered a sandwich without cheese and each time I receive one WITH cheese. They made a second cheese-​less sandwich the first time to make up for it, but I don’t want to keep returning to the counter every time my requests aren’t followed through. They should know better or at least change the system so that the «no cheese» indicator isn’t a vague «NC» on the receipt.
Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and polite – the only reason I received the correct sandwich the first time was because the employee who made it suddenly realized what they’d done after handing the first one to me.

Standard Dunkin’ Donuts located just off of Library Road in South Park. Drive Thru available at this location. Quick service.

Was in Boston recently and had a good cup of coffee and donut at DD. So when I was looking for a good cup of coffee and happen to be driving by, well pulled in. To my surprise, Iceberg was there, so for any Pens fans stop by today to see Iceberg. Had a Irish Crème latte and a donut.
