Great people very kind and compassionate. I’ve only been twice but both times were great

I do not like this facility at all. There are many reasons for this related to poor customer service, Initial consult was inadequate and rushed, (pharmacist was in hurry to get to a family event). Left with useless product after this initial consult. Very chaotic atmosphere, forget trying to talk to anyone by phone; later attempts to discuss treatment options with pharmacist by phone– complete DEAD ENDS. Finally in desperation, (upon advice from another person I met who ALSO had very unsatisfactory experience in Bethel and changed because of it), called another facility and received very good treatment advice from the pharmacistist there. Ended up losing considerable money on products that are useless for me for several reasons. Very bad experience– would definitely recommend using a different facility.

I must say after what seemed to be a bumpy start this place is better then ever and helping patients who are desperately in need of a better quality of life. Personally I can’t say enough about the experience I have had, and a misunderstanding led to an initial bad review (rant) on my part on their FB page, but I must admit when I am wrong.
Everyone here has treated me with respect and dignity, they have bent over backwards to meet my needs and make sure I am able to get the relief from my Multiple Sclerosis and severe spinal issues. I want to give a special thanks, even though everyone is awesome, to the owner Angela, and the pharmacists Gorge and Brian. They have all reached out on a personal level and addressed any issues I have had. They have made me feel like family (and in some ways have done more then some members of my own blood relatives)
The name does really say it all, these people care, and that is shown by an attentive and involved owner, pharmacists and staff!

Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the wait. Every person I meet there has a story, though, and I’ve met some fascinating, no longer suffering as they were before, people who wait with me. The staff is exceptional; Judy is a hoot and Brian is so educated and Sam, well, he’s just a big old teddy bear. The product, once you find what you need, what works for you in different situations, is pretty great. Been smoking for 30 years and I’ve never been happier. Nice job, guys (and I would have given you a 4.9 if that were an option).

This dispensary has the highest prices in CT and not just by a little. It is very crowded and waiting an hour to be served is common. Once you do get served the staff are in a hurry (probably understandably) to have you make a decision and get out the door. There was one person (Brian who does the initial visit) who took time to explain and talk to the patient.
This dispensary also claims to offer a chair massage for 15 minutes and another massage lasting longer than don’t seem to really exist. When I tried to make an appt. for tthe chair massage on the phone (as per the website) I was told the «she doesn’t do massages any more.» The she being the owner. It is my experience that those services do not exist.
The lack of competition for this dispensary is probably the biggest reason why they can charge so much more for their products. The sooner this changes the better for the medical marijuana consumer.
I urge the prospective MM card holder to research all the dispensaries in CT. It may be a longer drive to another but the savings should more than make up for your time and gas.

This place is wonderful. The owner is very kind and sweet. The staff is kind and intelligent. My wife has stage 4 breast cancer and is in the middle of her 3^rd recurrence. With product high in CBDs from here as her only treatment, the tumors in her lymph nodes have disappeared. We will be checking her lungs in a few weeks, and are hoping for the same result. I am beyond thankful!!! You guys are the best! THANK YOU
