I would like to say that Dr Andrea Morris is a terrific doctor. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have a lot of scars that have been very embarrassing to have. I went to her seeking help to maybe soften them somehow. I was sure it wasn’t possible, yet she has helped me when I didn’t think anything would work. Well, now my scars are hardly noticable. My biggest scar is even barely there now. I am so relieved! She has also helped me tame my severe adult acne, helped remove skin tags gently and diagnosed a bump on my leg when no one else could figure it out. Thank you! The wait time was better than all the other doctors I’ve been to, which is a plus! I would recommend her to anyone I know. 5 stars!

I’ve seen Dr. Morris 2 times for acne management and I had negative experiences both times. The first time, I needed a refill for a topical medication and the wait time was decent (about 5 – 10 minutes). When I saw her, I asked her about if she could diagnose a possible skin condition and she said, «I’m not sure.» I asked her if we could try a topical lotion for it and she said, «We could try but I don’t know if it will work.» Very helpful!
The second time was exponentially worse. I was able to make an appointment relatively easily but when I came to the office I waited for 30 – 40 minutes and when she finally saw me, my appointment took under 5 minutes. I was having a cystic acne breakout that I had never experienced before and she gave me an antibiotic and a topical medication. I found out afterwards that the latter doesn’t actually do anything to prevent breakouts – it just makes them less severe when they already happen. So, thanks for that.
I just called to get a refill on my antibiotic and the receptionist said she turned it down because she did not authorize the prescription for me (???). I’ve never had a worse experience with a doctor. The wait time was absurd and she was completely unhelpful. I will not be returning. It’s a shame because I’ve had great experiences with the GW MFA otherwise.
