I find myself going to Woodmont Market every few weeks, partly because it’s in such a convenient location. It’s a small store, and in all my visits, I’ve only seen two different people working there. They sell beer and wine, and have a small but decent selection. Since I’m a poor grad student, I usually swing by to pick up 12-packs of PBR for about $ 10. They also sell some(primarily unhealthy) grocery items, such as chips, cookies, Red Bull, boxes of mac & cheese, and the like. The cost of the food items are about what you would expect from a corner market. They also sell cigarettes and lottery tickets. Overall, a decent corner market in a convenient location– good for picking up impulse buys or beer!
