I have taken one of my dogs there for daycare many times and always with good positive results.
However I just took two of my small dogs there for grooming. They were not matted and I asked for a puppy cut. To my dismay when I picked them up they had both been shaved except for their tails. To top it off I was charged $ 50 per dog. Petco does a much better job and scissor cuts them so cute for $ 45. Needless to say we will not be using this groomer again. Very disappointed.

I have 2 dogs and I take them here about once a week. They offer training programs, doggie daycare and grooming. Their training programs are great and you can tell all the employees really care about the animals. The groomer does a really great job as well and and every time we walk in one of the employees eagerly greats us and my dogs run to them without hesitation which they don’t normally do. The doggie daycare is wonderful and very reasonably priced, my dogs love the socialization and are always warn out after a day of playing.

My cat was put in a hot dark supply closet for 12 days, neglected, dirty. The employees and owner misrepresented their business 100%. My cat had barely any space and was forced to sleep and eat next to her litter box. She was barely responsive when we came in to see her. They were not expecting a visit from us. There were dog supplies and leashes draped all over her living space. We took her out of there immediately. We could clearly she was being neglected and her health had substantially declined after her stay w them. The owner knew the conditions were unacceptable and the care was not up to par so she even offered not to charge us. We weren’t going to anyway! My cat needed medical care, appetite stimulant, IV (she was severely dehydrated), blood work, anti nausea, oral nutrient… What a mess! BEWARE ok COLES K9!!!
