DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Horrific and unprofessional customer service. Technician broke my AC unit and said he did nothing wrong. I only asked for a cleaning! I’m sorry but an AC unit that has been working FLAWLESSLY doesn’t break after being cleaned. TWO days later, after the disgusting way the staff treated me and after all that stress, the «manager» called. Just like his small, uneducated, staff he put the blame on me. The result– getting my money back… that does absolutely NOTHING considering they destroyed my unit. They should be replacing it! Look elsewhere! I’m sure any other company is far better than this. What a disgrace.
