I waited over an hour and a half for my pizza, when I called to check on it the woman who answered was rude. I work in customer service myself so I know how it can be, when I attempted to spell my street name, which is what I usually do because of my street name, she cut me off and said I know how to spell it. I wouldn’t recommend them because the service, oh yeah and the pizza wasn’t hot and tasted under cooked.

This place took 3 hours to get my pizza to me. It was delivered by some crack head who didn’t get out of her car and made me walk to her – hello it’s delivery! Then I took one bite and it was raw and I had to drive to the store myself to try and get the pizza I should’ve already had eaten an hour and a half ago. The girls working there laughed when we came to correct their mistake. Unbelievably rude. I’m never coming to this Pizza Hut ever. When we got back home, our pizza was still very undercooked to the point that we had to put it in the oven. Why would we spend this much time and money only to have to do it ourselves?

I don’t want to get off on a rant here but, if large corporations or chains want to get a grip on why a whole lot of consumers think that they suck and as to why a whole lot of consumers want to go indie or local versus with Goliath it comes down to two simple things: 1. Do what you say you’re going to do 2. Do it the way you’re supposed to do it the first time Within the context of ordering pizza that would mean: 1. If you tell me via the website 45 minutes than damn it, it should be at my front door within 45 minutes especially since I live less than two miles from where the frickin’ pizza is being rendered. I realize that there is a disconnect between the corporate website that spouts X and the franchise store which is willing-capable-able to do Y but if X can’t be done, how is that my problem? 2. You shouldn’t be rendering a thin & crispy pizza where mining equipment is needed to cut through the crust. I mean when we’re talking crust, silly me I thought they meant pizza crust not the earth’s outer crust. It had been several years since I had gone Hut and it will probably be several more until I order again because why waste your money on a place that can’t deliver the product that they are selling nor can they deliver it in the way they are supposed to sell it?

Save your money. Your best bet is to buy a frozen pizza. Ordered 2pies with extra cheese. not much cheese on them had to pay more for extra cheese they do not conceder extra cheese as a free topping since when is cheese not a topping

Our local Pizza Hut. Unlike many in the Valley, they don’t have a dine-in section. They don’t seem to do many pick-ups either, because they look at me like I’m crazy when I stop in to pick up my carry out order. This location is particularly quick. I’ve never been quoted anything longer than 20 minutes on a pizza, and they’ve never missed their target.
