Average service for a night where we were the only table to serve. Nachos were mediocrity at its finest; clearly most of the dish came from a can. The guacamole was near soft serve in consistency and awful, the tomatoes that were scattered atop were certainly the ONLY thing fresh on the plate. We both orderd burgers with my being the«Rosa burger» classic and hers being the«meatball burger». I ordered medium and we both got the«hand cut» fries. Her burger was okay, the meat was unseasoned and tasted little like the meatball it was masquerading as under the flavorful sauce. My Rosa burger was overcooked and also underseasoned, if at all, the meat had no sauce to hide under and it’s true colors shown through; it was clearly low quality beef. The whole burger tasted of latex and was pretty awful, I will also take this opportunity to mention that«additional toppings» cost a dollar fifty! That’s outrageous! The fries were recomended by our waitress and they could have been fine if they hadn’t been thoroughly overcooked. Overall the experience was bad, we won’t be back. Too bad because we’re local and like to support local business when it’s worth it. Let us know when the kitchen gets some pride and passion back and we will try again.

We stopped into the bar after a 4 hour drive up from CT. We were looking just to get some food in our bellies and not break the bank. We were two of maybe seven people in the downstairs bar and we were the last to leave. Lori our bartender was a seasoned professional — I ordered a dirty vodka martini from a place that serves bottles/cans(no taps) of beer and she fixed it up perfectly. At first glance the menu was basic — pasta, proteins, sandwiches, apps, etc. However the attention to the ingredients and details of the meals was a pleasant surprise for a place that could be the neighborhood dive(and I say that in the most endearing way possible — a good dive is hard to beat). We ordered poutine which had four cheeses(fontina, gorgonzola, cheddar and parmesan) and a very nice herbed gravy. The fries were thick and rustic and still had pieces of the skin which I love. We also got wings; I’m a sucker for a place that has more than 3 – 5 flavors available. We had a maple, bourbon brown sugar sauce and the other was like an Italian dressing/buffalo sauce(it was either the Jody or the Heather). Well cooked and great flavor! Lori was such a great host and you could tell that had that place running like a well-oiled machine. Her co-workers clearly loved her and so did we. The food was enough to bring us back again but Lori sealed the deal. It’s worth the 4-hour drive!

This is the second time I have been to Rosas in the last month and have been disappointed tonight my brother was served raw chicken, and the worst thing was there was no manager to apologize for the meal. We ordered the special bread pudding on the menu and they only had two left(by the way) they just opened for the night. This place was always the place to go to, but after tonight we won’t be going back.

Have enjoyed rosa flamingos several times in last few months, everything from salmon or scallops to reubens or pizza well prepared. Visited friday with guest, after eating dinner there weds. 5pm, party of 3, all remaining tables in bar reserved? Thought the bar was open seating?! Left disappointed for littleton restaurant.

Delicious food with well balanced flavors. Pasta I believe was homemade. Very smooth and unexaggerated crème brûlée. Espresso was served in non-espresso cups consistent with New England values. Our waitress, Vanessa, was knowledgeable about food and wine. She told us about other good places to eat in the area. I would be very happy to return.

My father in law recently moved into the area so we decided to try this place. It not the healthiest choice of option but the food and beer selection was pretty. I was actually surprised! Service was great, I only saw one lady(Hillary) running the floor but she did a great job. The drinks never stopped coming and the food came out pretty quick. We had a party of 7 and ordered a few appetizers, some sandwiches and other entrees. Everything was really good, no complaints. I will definitely be back on our next family vaca.

Slowest service in the universe. Never brought bread. Salad was tiny and dressing not so good. Put bacon on dish without listing it as ingredient. Burned salmon badly. Was here several years ago and it was great. Really, really bad now. :-(

While in Twin Mtn, I came here on the recommendation from the Innkeeper where I was stating. Honestly, there aren’t many choices in the area so I ended up coming here 3 nights in a row for dinner. A great pork chop, a good steak, and an «ok» salmon special. It was great to sit outside and enjoy live music and the beautiful weather. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. I’d obviously recommend it to anyone looking for some good food and good vibe.

One of the few places open late in the area, we had been here before and choose the downstairs pub for a quick meal after a long hike. Server was great, good conversations and they split an adult meal over two plates right from kitchen. Salads were wonderful, good dressing, chicken was cooked just right. Nachos hit the spot. No complaints, good portions. No beer on tap, all bottles… but good selection.

About 2 weeks ago, I was visiting a friend in Bethlehem and a group of us decided to go here. It was a nice night so we opted to eat outside on their patio. We all ordered pizza which was very good. The crust is not thick and all the toppings were fresh. I don’t order pizza very often because it is commonly found on Italian restaurant menus but many times it is not remarkable. That is not the case at Rosa’s — it is very tasty. I took away one star due to the lack of having at least one non-spicy meat sauced spaghetti dish. Our waitress was a delight and very attentive without overdoing it. Thanks for a memorable evening Rosa’s!

Food was good however portions are small and overpriced. This restaurant seems to be trying to be more high scale than it actually is. Don’t order their bruschetta.

We stopped here when we were starving on our way home from Downeast Maine. It was Saturday around 6:00, so we expected it to be busy, but I think everyone in 50 miles was here! There were no tables in the bar and the dining room was reservations only, so we sat on the patio. We were surprised to see the prices($ 17 and up) for the main courses, but we were starving and willing to pay anything! We started with the potato skins, which were very different, but quite good. The only strange part was that they sliced raw jalapenos and put them on top. They didn’t even unseed them. They had that strange raw taste that jalapenos have. It would have been nice to have them a little cooked. I had the fish and chips, which was wonderfully flaky. The fries were good, and the fiddleheads on the side were a nice touch. Overall, the dish was 4 out of 5. The star of the meal was the calzone. Although it had a touch too much ricotta and a touch too little mozzarella, the crust was amazing! We are hoping to recreate it at home. With the right ratio of ingredients inside it would easily be the best calzone we’ve had! The service was slow, but it was definitely busy. We asked for the check prior to our food coming out since we were in a hurry. Unfortunately, it then took 20 minutes after we finished eating to get take out boxes, so it didn’t really get us out quickly. If I had time to enjoy this restaurant and savor the food, I would definitely return. We may have to return just for the calzones!

Meh. Food was ok. Service was ok. Not as good as cold mountain down the street where we stopped last trip.

I have visited this fine establishment three times now on my way to or from Maine or to Mt Washington. It’s always a nice drive through the White Mountains region. I highly recommend this place! During the summer the terrasse is just wonderful and they often have a band or musician playing. Food wise, their burgers, salads and steaks are great. Also their fried goods are nice. Try out the fried artichoke! Delicious !

We went to Rosa Flamingos last Thursday night. We both had pasta dishes for dinner. Each dish was ok. I will say for the price point of the entrees that a small side salad should be included with the meal. Also, for a slow night in the dinning room, we hardly saw our«waitress». I use that term loosely as she didn’t know the menu or what the tap offerings were, and then brought the wrong drinks. We noticed that a large party who was seared near us, being served by another waitress, was brought bread before their meals. We asked our server if we could have some bread while we waited for our meals, and we never received that. So. to sum it up… too pricey for the portions and mediocre service.

Poor selection of food. Bad business decisions. We went here for wings on the discounted«wing Wednesday». Wings were OK but they don’t even offer ranch at this establishment. That wasn’t a joke. They don’t have ranch but they offer buffalo wings. When I asked why, the answer was, «our owner Jodi doesn’t like ranch.» Well Jodi, guess what? I’m never coming back cause I don’t like Ketchup, and you have ketchup available.

Descent food. Very poor and almost rude service. In 15 minutes drive you could find much better places for lunch or dinner. Be very attentive to the bill. This place have tendency to add to it items you didn’t order and charge you higher price than what is in the menu.

Great dinner! We weren’t feeling adventurous after a long hike but had chicken Parm an eggplant Parm. Both were really good. Well made, super friendly service. Their patio area is just beautiful. And it was a-ok we were a bit a mess from hiking.

Two words… CHICKENWINGS. There are several sauces available. We chose«mild», but the others looked delicious. Next course, MANPIE. I’m not a man, but I loved it. We visit the area every summer and Rosa’s is a must-visit.

We visited Bethlehem during Mud Season… not a very smart vacation move but it did mean that the little quaint town was pretty much ours! One Sunday afternoon after a nice drive through the mountains and nearby North Conway we found there was only one place to eat open near our B&B…Rosa Flamingos. We were the only people in the place and the waitress was very sweet and chatty with us(as Texans we enjoy a good visit when we travel!). We decided to try the pizza because we thought we might have a slice or two left over to take back to the B&B with us. Nope…the pizza was great. Dare I say the best pizza we had ever eaten. I’ve had pizza from places that say they have the best crust or the best sauce or are the best because they have special ovens and what ever. But the crust was well… awesome. We asked if they could freeze one and mail it to us if we called a take out order from Texas. To this day, after pizzas all over the world, we still say this was the best pizza we ever ate.
