So terrible. Bought three sessions of the Venus Freeze, which was fine, but went to the office FOUR different times and only got the procedure TWICE — massive screw ups with scheduling and time management. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE IF YOUR TIME IS PRECIOUS. And the internal operations are practically non-​existent — no receptionist, no local phone number, no parking (in Beverly Hills). I still have not been reimbursed for the third treatment that I did not receive. Terrible business practice.

Had smart lipo done on my tummy In February. Did not see or feel any difference 2 months later. Went for post op and was told to give it time and that one should know when to quit…5 months later, one side is bumpier than the other, you can clearly see that the fat is there.
There is REALLY no difference.
Too bad I spent the $ 2k I should have gone to some one who knows the job.
