never been late in pick up or delivery.
Also there has never been any scratches

I used ACM to ship a car to Las Vegas. From start to finish they were great. jerry and Sandy are the best It was the first time I ever shipped a car and they came highly recommended. I would use them again and recommend them. Thanks ACM

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Second time using ACM for a two car move from east coast to west coast. Wish I could give them a negative star rating. After an initial move with them, which went fine, they did a complete 180 and made for the most horrendous experience we have yet to get over. They completely missed our drop dead pick-​up date by 10 days. We had to have a neighbor release the cars for shipping on our behalf, the cars were not delivered to the agreed upon drop off destination, forcing us to drive 2 and half hours away to pick them up. We were still charged full price. ACM did nothing to remedy the situation, and basically refused to provide adequate response.
ACM is a husband and wife show, and they flat out lied to us through the process. I am baffled to have had such a horrible experience. They offloaded our car shipping to a secondary broker, who wouldn’t answer the phone, did not return phone calls, and forced us to make all the effort in communicating. In the end, they threatened to impound our cars as I tried to work through a reduced payment because of the massive screw up on their part.
The cars were delivered late and were filthy covered in dirt. The long haul trucker contracted to bring the vehicles was nice enough, and better communicated with us than the brokers. He actually provided us information to try and go after the broker, said that he despised their trade and hated working with them.
ACM is a fraud of a company. Avoid them, and if possible most car brokers at all cost. You’d be better off driving your car or selling it than dealing with the ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of the fiasco we went through.
ACM IS HORRIBLE, period!!!

If you’re looking for a company to ship your car, make sure you use ACM. They are the best company in LA. Period. Very courteous, kind and easy to deal with. I had recently bought a car on eBay Motors and ACM worked with the out-​of-​state dealer to make shipping as painless as possible. My new car was delivered FASTER than what was originally quoted! Be sure to ask for Jerry — he’ll take amazing care for you!

Scam artists!!! they act like it’s a «family run» business but Jerry and Sandy are crooks and I wish i could report them to the authorities for fraudulent business practices. moved my car from California to Chicago and it was an absolute nightmare. they lied about pick up and drop off dates, truck breaking down, never contacted me to let me know what was going on, threatened to keep my car if i didn’t pick it up and paid them in cash even though they did not meet their end of the bargain, made me take a cab 5 miles to pick up the car and didn’t even reimburse me for that, and on and on and on. the worst part is they talked me out of using another well known car moving company because they said that company never delivers cars on time and they don’t pay their drivers! so i paid more for what i thought was piece of mind and got screwed. do not use these guys, seriously. the worst.
