Ben sold my condo! He was amazing! Ben got me the exact price I wanted, which I thought would be nearly impossible, but he did it. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, patient, and made the experience nearly pain free. He has wonderful advice and is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I honestly wouldn’t feel comfortable buying or selling again without Ben on my side. I would highly recommend working with Ben as I will continue to do so as long as I am in Los Angeles. Moving into my first house as a college student, Ben has been the perfect realtor as he is both knowledgable, professional, and understanding. He made my transition into my house so smooth, and was quick to work out any kinks in the process. Ben is patient, respectful, and seems to have a genuine care for his clients. Ben bent over backwards to give us as many options as possible that were on the market however many times our minds changed. Throughout the inspection process, Ben really stepped it up and took charge– our best interests were his priority. I would recommend to anyone buying or selling in Los Angeles.
