Truly great customer service at this Ace — any time you walk in, they greet you with a smile and a willingness to drop anything and help you find exactly what you need. The staff is just so friendly! I had keys made by Randy last time i was in, and he was polite, talkative, and i left in a great mood. This should definitely be your local hardware spot!

Obviously the store does not have the wide selection of a big box store, but where they lack in vastness they gain in great customer service. I’ve been to Home Depot and no one was there to help or the staff had no idea where stuff was or what products they carry. I often times found myself helping other customers when I shopped there because of HD’s incompetent staff. At this Ace, the staff are always available to help me find the product or to answer any questions that I have.

Our local has come back with everything we needed– great customer service, no long lines, and more importantly the hardware you need — and if they don’t have it they’ll get it. I always start my shopping here as I am finding more and more American made products — in addition the stores not filled with a bunch of junk or food which always surprises me about the other chains. Also loved that they had organic fertilizer.
While some of their items are a bit pricey, their rewards program is second to none — how many stores send you $ 5 and $ 10 coupons regularly and make it so easy to get rebates (plus point them out to you!). This makes it worth spending my money here. My only request is to try to expand their outdoor selections for gardening.
