I ordered flowers days in advance to be sent to my wife’s work and surprise her on her last day. I was emailed on the day saying that a road was closed and that their driver had«tried» to deliver but couldn’t. There are several other ways to get to my wife’s work. Point being, this driver didn’t «try» that hard. I asked but they wouldn’t deliver to my home and then when I asked for a refund, I got charged a $ 10 delivery fee! Delivery fee FORWHAT!!! I’m sorry, I just think you either you do a job or you don’t. And you get paid for a job or you don’t. Please help me show these folks the right way to do business and SHOPSOMEWHEREELSE! Thanks ;)
