Canon Escrow

We were lucky enough to have Lupe as our Escrow Officer at Canon Escrow and she was hands down amazing. She is very prompt in her response times, efficient, knowledgable, and overall — a star. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and hope we can be lucky enough to work with her again in the future. Thanks for everything Lupe and Canon Escrow!

Canon Escrow seems okay at first, but made a few errors in escrow. After we closed escrow and I got my final closing statement and everything seems fine until now when its time to do my taxes. I got a 1098 Mortgage interest statement from my lender and the total payments I paid out does not match what I have with my accounting books. Canon escrow said they paid out the funds but did not provide any proof of a couple hundred of dollar that Canon Escrow said they paid to my lender but my lender said they never received it. I left my contact info and told my situation and never got a called back. I’ve used many escrow company as I buy & sell real estate to be developed, I just don’t think they are detail enough and have good customer service with my concerns.

There are many terrific escrow officers and companies in the city, but Dup Peirce at Canon is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. She and her whole team will bend over backwards to make a buyer, seller or agent’s life easier. Whether you’re an agent looking for an independent escrow company or someone who has a small escrow need, you will never be disappointed when you use this company.
