Chipotle Mexican Grill

Least favorite chipotle I’ve ever been to. Always busy. I ordered/​paid online and I still had to wait about 15 – 20 mins just to pick up my order. It’s slow, unorganized, small, and annoying. And to top it off the guy that’s at the register ALWAYS has an attitude. Like I get it, you’re busy, but what do you want me to do for you???
I don’t know if the food at this location is cooked differently or what, but it’s either super bland or super salty. Also, if you order on-​line expect them to get your order incorrect. I’ve ordered three separate times and it’s been wrong every time. I’m officially boycotting this chipotle location. I expected a little more because of the area/​location being Beverly Hills but the entire staff seems to be lazy to me every time I grab lunch at this chipotle.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot, at least 20 different locations. The food tasted so bad tonight, the guacamole was a thick paste of avocado, it didn’t have any taste to it whatsoever. The food really was not fresh and it’s really a shame since I want to trust chipotle again after everything that’s gone on this past year. I don’t know if the company is just going down as a whole but at least avoid this location. Hope this helps.

Usually love the tacos at chipotle, but today there was barely any chicken and they soaked it in the sauce. Plus the guys working behind the counter were totally unprofessional. All laughing for no reason and not paying attention to what they were doing. So unhappy with my experience today.

The food is usually very good. This time i went i literally felt sick for days. I didn’t throw up but i felt nauseous. Overall though they have the best guacamole and chips and great tacos. Will not go back for a while after this incident but every ally will go back because it’s quick and generally good food

One chain restaurant that gets it right.
Yea some locations are better than others but its consistently good.
I always feel healthy eating it and I leave full.

Chipotle Catering is the best!
We had a Holiday Party today catered. The food is always fresh and delicious.
The chips are always amazing!
All the fixings are provided with soft and hard tortillas.
My staff loved making their own selections.
Love the guacamole too!
All utensils and party trays provided with sterno heating cans. Kept the food warm.
Super friendly service! They don’t deliver which is a bummer but they have great packaging and took it all to my car!
I would definitely order here again for our large group!

Although I have become tired of their food after weeks of non-​stop lunches from them (and they were great), this tiny location cranks out a lot of orders and they are always courteous. Good job guys.

We were up in LA and wanted to grab a quick salad, so we Googled for the nearest Chipotle. First off, you either need to pay to park or walk a bit. We opted to walk since the weather was nice and it brought us right thru the «famous» Beverly Hills Sign fountain area.
When we walked in the first thing we noticed was that it was one of the dirtiest Chipotles we had been in. We thought we’d give it a shot, maybe they just had a rush and hadn’t gotten out to clean things up. I told my husband I needed to use the restroom then we could order.
Well, this location has NO RESTROOMS. So that sealed the deal right there. We left and ended up 4 miles away at another location.

This chipotle look slightly different than all the other ones because it doesn’t seem to have a public bathroom. This one is also a little bit on the smaller side where they only have barstools and low countertops/​tables. They also have the barstools drilled into the ground see you cannot move them. I thought this chipotle was fine and like the others. We went around 915 so there was no line. Everyone was friendly and helpful and of course we got our food quickly and it tasted like all the other chipotles so it’s great that there’s always consistency.

The trick is to come at off-​peak hours. My friend and I strolled in and there were 6 workers who had no one to serve. As a result, all 6 put their full attention towards my friend’s burrito bowl. Look at the amount of guac on that thing! The cheese also looked a lot fresher than other Chipotles.
The service is great, the food is superior, however, the bathroom is kind of creepy and gross (detached from the restaurant). Will be back!

Food is ok, but the service is very very bad. They have a bunch of kids working in the front and they have no concept of customer service.
Ordered a kids burrito, got a kids burrito, got charged an adult burrito and they still argue with you about it.
The staff are chatting in the front having a good time while the customers are waiting.
They had left the broken cleaning signs near the coke machine so we nearly fell over them.
It is shame as the food is pretty good.
I called their «General Manager» DIRECT line, but the same kids in the front of the restaurant answered the phone and said he isn’t there and they have no way of reaching him.

Not the best chipotle I’ve had. Service is pretty bad and the outside seating is dirty and uncomfortable. Toto, I don’t believe we are in Beverly Hills anymore…

Probably one of the best food out of all the fast food chain restaurants. Get the salad with chicken and some brown rice with some beans and add on the extra avocado. You are going to be in heaven. The food is really good. The service is quick and fast always in and out in a few minutes without any trouble.

Good place to grab a quick bite to eat. I like their chipotle bowls. Pretty filling. Location is very clean and tidy. Don’t see a lot of people eating inside. I’m guessing most of people just pick it up and take it back to work. Experienced friendly service here and staff had my food ready fairly quickly. Would come back again.

The food is standard Chipotle. What wasn’t standard was the staff. Because I was was being «patient» they comped my burrito!
They have no idea what that meant to me after the day I had.
They are so awesome! I’m going to eat here every time I’m in the area.

Fredii is not a nice employer of this Chipotle location.

I ordered online before I got there.
I want to use the restroom
He *(fredi worked as a cashier dudnt have his tame tag one so inhad to ask fot his name) asked me: «are you a customer»?
I said: yes
He: I haven’t seen you ?
Me: that’s not my question that I asked you, I want to use the restroom give me the keys please?
He: Com on don’t give me attitude ???
Me: what? Give me the keys for the restroom I already order and I have to go so ???
He gave me the keys after arguing with me.
Why ???
I went to the restroom and it was looking like a shit hole.
Wenn i got back i told him the restroom ist very dirty someone shit all over the place and threw up too.
He said: it’s a public bathroom we don’t clean it.
Me: damn you are arguing with me about using a public restroom and I come here all the time.
That’s not the way to treat a customer or anyone.

For a quick simple meal in Beverly Hills by the parking structures Chipotle is the way to go. It was late at night and I got decent service.

Man… White people love them some Chipotle… so it baffles me that this particular branch gets so much hate. Food tastes exactly the same (read: mediocre), staff has the same dull, listless manner and the prices are the same as any other Chipotle I’ve been to in LA. If anything, it’s probably just the customer demographic that tends to bitch more in the heavily ethnic and socioeconomically stratified neighborhood of Beverly Hills.
I think I’m beginning to see what the draw of Chipotle is for Americans: Essentially, what this concept does is allow people to order Messican food but effectively removes all of the uncomfortable ethnic underpinnings. So instead of «carne asada» you can simply order «beef»… *Cedric the Entertainer white voice* «Ohhh, we’re running a little late to Jenny’s baby shower and you know we can’t pronounce those rolling r’s like you spicy Latinos». Of course, if you want to be down with the varrio, you can order their «barbacoa» meat option.
Then, you’re offered the choice of white or brown rice, the latter if you’re watching your waistline and the former if you want to get a little crazy. Lots of signs peppered around too displaying Chipotle’s «ethical meat» standards to soothe the guilt in your heart. Very unlike the carnicero that supplies meat to all of the little taquerias in Boyle Heights who slow bleeds the cows to ensure «mas sabor».
Yeah — so getting off my soapbox — this Chipotle is neither better nor worse than any of the other locations I’ve been to, and the 3 star rating for the mediocre food pumped out of a commissary in Chicago (look it up online) is justified in my book. If anything, I miss the Baja Fresh that used to be here because at least they gave you chips and offered a very fresh and plentiful salsa bar… of course, their Korean CEO was unable to reverse the downward trajectory of the brand and further ran it into the ground, but that’s another story altogether.

This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in. I have eaten at Chipotle before but I don’t remember it was so long ago. The location is great IF you can find parking behind in the lot. I came here on a Sunday and it was not an issue at all.
I liked how the menu stated the calories for each item! More restaurants should to this! I had no idea chips and guacamole are 900 calories!!! Dayum! Anyways, I had the burrito bowl with brown rice with carnitas! Not bad. I will for sure come back if I’m in the area.
