Considering the volume of business they do, they get you in & out & almost always get the order right. When they don’t, though, it’s a bit of a chore to get it fixed. Still, good, fresh food, lots of options, prices not too stupid high & truly nice staff.

This is the best Chipotle east of WLA. The service is always fantastic & the food is fresh and we get here near closing! Wish it stayed open later!

Not a clean location and the portions are usually smaller than the others. Also, there have been at least 2 – 3 occasions where I could tell the chicken was not cooked properly. I advised management of the pinkish chicken, and I was pretty much ignored. Rather go to nearby Sharky’s.

This is the only Chipotle where i see happy employees. I paid attention while i was eating my yummie Barbacoa how they greet and thank customers. The store itself was pretty clean.

Is it just me or is that new«Welcome!» thing starting to get on your nerves? Along with«How is your day going?»(which I actually really like) it’s one of those corporate strategies for making a place feel less corporate. And somehow — funny thing — it never ever sounds welcoming. Nowhere is this more of a problem than at this branch of Chipotle, where management has apparently instructed each of its half dozen employees to scream WELCOME!!! to every single customer who walks through the door. I mean every single one. The cacophony is laughable, especially when you look at the grim, sullen faces of the people saying it. Rolling those swollen burritos, resenting their managers, hating their jobs — can you blame them? Which brings us to the food. Food? Oh yeah the food. You’ve been to Chipotle. You know how boringly dependable it is. Never makes you stuffed, never makes you satisfied. I always leave with the strange feeling that I haven’t eaten anything at all.

I don’t know for sure if they changed, or my taste changed, but I used to be addicted to Cihpotle burritos, and it slowly faded over the years. Seriously, I used to eat here very day for the past few years, but lately I find that I do not enjoy it as much as I used to. I know that it is not easy to run so many locations, and to make sure each one of them will be perfect, but the last time I was here I was served by a very young lady, who just couldn’t wrap my burrito. She was very friendly, and obviously she felt uncomfortable, but the bottom line is that I got a bad burrito.

I came to this chipotle three times so far, and every time after I finish my meal(or right after I order) I wished I’ve gone to other places instead. :-/ I like chipotle in general, it’s just this location, the service is not good, I don’t know why they have this attitude to get the customers out of the door as soon as they could and I seen it so many times that they just ignore the people ordering and rush to dump stuff in a bowl/burrito. I get it it’s a fast food place, but they were not that busy that they can’t pay just slightly more attention to their customers and be less rude. Oh, and the place is pretty dirty, food all over the table and on the floor too. The good part would be they are fast and cheap especially for this area.

Good food… BAAAD service! I visit this location frequently, as I work in the area. I’ve ordered the same thing every time I’ve visited for the past 4 months I’ve been working in the area; kids quesadilla(meal) with a side of meat(for 50 cents extra). The total for this is $ 4.63($ 3.75 + .50 + 9% tax). Today, when I went to order the same thing as usual, first my order was being held up, and I kept being asked if the wrong meal was mine, and I had to keep reiterating which meal was mine; secondly, the cashier, who was at first, a girl, tried to charge me $ 7 and change for my meal. When I corrected her, and told her it was a kids’ meal, she called over Leonardo, who corrected the price, but then made a point to tell me, next time, I ordered, I needed to put the meat INSIDE the quesadilla, that that was why I was overcharged. I told him that I had always gotten the meat on the side, and asked him what the difference was. With an attitude, he said«The difference is that you’re supposed to put the meat inside». This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor customer service at this location. The employees seem very unprofessional, un-knowledgeable, and rude. I have not had issues at any other locations but this one. Even tough the location is convenient, and I crave Chipotle regularly, the terrible customer service is a good reason for me to stay away.

Disgusting the workers don’t know what they are doing and the food is always dry. I go there a lot but today I had enough when The manager tried making my burrito with no gloves just after counting money in the register.

Service is terrible, which I ignore. I mean it’s chipotle. BUT Just walked in and OUT a minute ago. I saw a HUGECOCKROACH run across the floor. Why is this unsanitary place open(especially in Beverly Hills)??

It is a very busy busy store in Beverly Hills. But definitely still with the same food. And love. We ate there during our trip to Cali. Managed to find two stools to eat. My Fiancé wasnt to thrilled with it, but I was. She thought it was too spicy(then again she is preggo). The bathroom is next door. The funny part was the key. It was attached to a big cooking spoon. Definitely good eats. And affordable for this area.

I have eaten here a few times before and normally it’s a great experience. Today not so much. After witnessing someone in the kitchen belch so loud it made other employees laugh in support I pretty much lost my appetite. In addition my food was not even hot I had to come home and warm it up. Awful experience today!

I am a huge fan of Chipotle, but my experience here today will deter me from coming back to this location. I have been to this location once before and everything was fine. Today I walked in and was ordering for my co-worker who text me her order. As I ordered I was reading her order off of my phone. The employee that was handling the tortilla signaled to the employee handling the meat and beans and made a comment about me in Spanish. He also called me a «gringa». People tend to assume that I am not Latina and don’t speak spanish. I know that it was me, because I saw him look at me from the corner of my eye and I was the only woman in line at the time. This was very unprofessional and off putting. I don’t think that I will be back to this location.

Love Chipotle! But this location gives you very little meat. They’re quite stingy. I don’t really want a bowl of rice. I prefer equal parts. The employees are immature and giggle and chat with each other. Difficult to get there attention. It’s too bad. Otherwise it would be a great addition to Beverly Drive.

I have been to many Chipotles over the years and this location BY far has to be the most stingiest when it comes to their meat portions!!! Absolutely ridiculous how little they give you. I’ve never been more upset. If I’m ordering a chicken bowl and you only give me about 6 – 7 little pieces of chicken, how is that proportioned right? When I asked for more chicken the little Hispanic girl behind the counter gave me one more piece of chicken. Just one. I am only writing a review because I’ve been here about 5 times now at different times and it seems to be the same story. I will no longer come here.

#NeverAgain I am writing this review as I take bites into the second bag of stale chips that the cashier gave me. This may be the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. I would definitely expect more with this location being in the heart of Beverly Hills. The customer service was mediocre. I had to have the employee remake my taco because another employee was spraying window cleaner into a trash can but way too close to my taco. The taco shell was stale, the chips we ordered were stale, BOTHBAGS, and the the overall experience was just blah. Of course at the end of day Chipotle is just another fast food spot, however, this location is horrible. I really have no other words besides pick somewhere else to gave your lunch if you can. I hope this review helps you decide where to have lunch on Sunday Funday! :)

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 200⁄365 Came here this past weekend with my bf. One of the actual affordable places to eat on Beverly Blvd in Beverly Hills! It’s located right in the middle of the strip. We got here in the late afternoon on Saturday and it wasn’t that busy. There were lots of employees but the line was moving kinda slow. They seemed to be confused about the order for the people in front of us in line… I’m not sure why it was confusing to them, but it took longer than usual. Also, when my bf and I were checking out, the cashier accidentally charged me for a soda even though I had asked for a water cup. She had to run a refund on my bf’s debit card which was kind of annoying… but at least she fixed it. They’ve got a decent amount of seating, with tables on both sides of the restaurant. Not the largest Chipotle, but they do have enough to accommodate at least 20 or so people. The walls had this strange pattern on them… I can’t even describe it, but it was really weird. What grossed me out the most was that the walls had tons of stains on them! It looked really dirty and I was kind of disturbed that they hadn’t been removed! Overall…I’ve definitely had better experiences at other Chipotles. 3 stars.
