This place blew me away. It’s super friendly, super clean and they really take care if you. It’s about restoring a healthy sleep cycle and through the use of their program I actually achieved great sleep that night. Everyone says how important sleep is and I’m starting to believe it! I feel positive and refreshed. For anyone who is anxious, stressed or unable to wake in the morning with a smile– this place can help!

I tried out the guided meditation at the Dream Reality Cinema a couple of weeks ago. They’re currently doing a ‘soft open’ and the session was provided to me free of charge, though they did not request a review. I was really impressed, and look forward to going back to explore the full range of their offerings. I have done some guided meditation in the past, though the offerings at Dream Reality Cinema are a little different than anything I’d experienced previously. I was led to a room with a zero gravity recliner, and given DVD goggles and headphones. You have a choice between having the meditation led by a male voice or a female voice. I selected male. The meditation works very much like other guided meditations that I’ve taken part in over the years, with one vital difference, there is an external visual component. In all of the previous guided meditations, I’d been asked to close my eyes and envision something. This meditation is intensely visual as well as somatic. At first I didn’t know how I felt about that. The visuals were beautiful and soothing and perfectly timed to the voice. I was left feeling euphoric. The sensation was sublime. It was very similar to how I feel mentally and emotionally after having a really great, physically demanding, yoga class– except without the physical component. I felt grounded, but also ethereal. They say the meditations on offer are very good for removing writers block, or for stimulating lucid dreaming(something I’d really love to explore!) And, after experiencing it, I can see why. My mind was focused, and it felt like I had expanded my mental«peripheral vision». There are some thoughts and ideas that you can’t quite«see» if you stare directly at them, but in this post-meditative state I had such clarity. The difference was noticeable even a few days later. I’m looking forward to my next session, and I recommend you try it!
