Before I can even try their services it was already a nightmare. I had scheduled an appointment with Joan at 6:20pm Friday but was left standing at a parking lot for 35 mins waiting for her to arrive. She said to wait in the parking lot but a liquor store and Hollywood area is not really the safest neighborhood. So then she calls to offer me the option of still waiting for her after already waiting for over half an hour if I still want the treatment or to reschedule and she’s offered a free 2nd treatment for the inconvenience. I said better to reschedule than to stand here in the parking lot at night. We agreed same time on Monday. I checked in with her on Monday morning to confirm my appointment only for her to tell me it’s for Tue! I mean really?!? I was already getting upset at this point. I had my schedule planned out for the week as any busy working individual do. We texted back and forth and agreed that home service on Mon instead. Then I tell her the Groupon that I bought for 2 treatments I cancelled but I’m willing to pay cash to her for the treatment that she’ll do to me that night but for the price of the groupon that I originally paid for. She did not honor that and was charging me for $ 79 which is $ 24 more. Honestly the least that you can offer is a good price for all the inconvenience and trouble you had gone a customer through. I wasn’t in agreement with the price because of principle and bad customer service.
