So I went in when there was 1 customer getting a sandwich (this was June or July of 2015). There were 3 employees, one of whom was making the sandwich. The other two were standing there watching him make the sandwich. I walked over to the drink fridge, got out two root beers for my husband and me (I was pregnant at the time so couldn’t have caffeine), and stood in line behind the guy getting his sandwich made by these 3 sharp young men.
A tiny elderly woman walked in about 2 minutes later, asked for a soda, and one of the 3 gentlemen immediately gets it for her and rings her up. Meanwhile, I’m standing there, going «seriously? What am I, chopped liver?» My first reaction was to slam down the sodas, say «f*#% this,» and storm out. Keep in mind, I was pregnant and nauseated, so… that’s what I did. Then I went to a competitor next door and ordered a Shirley temple, which I hadn’t had in years, so that helped me feel less pissed. Needless to say, I won’t be going back

Philly cheese steak with their chipotle on the side! I love jersey mikes and most locations are the same but this location truly stood out to me. The service was excellent, the people who work call you by name and thank you multiple times throughout the ordering and creation process of your sandwich. Their ingredients are always fresh too, and the place is always kept clean even after the rush of rowdy high school kids. Today a guy named Sirack helped me out and I had a great experience and will definitely return to this particular location whenever I’m remotely close and craving jersey mikes.

Friendly staff, organized operation, clean tables, good food. Whether DINING IN or picking up, can’t really ask for anything more from a sandwich shop. 5 stars all the way.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s but this location is ridiculous! They are so unorganized! There was 2 people in front of me in line and 8 people behind the counter. It took 14 minutes for them to wait on me. NO ONE behind the counter knew what they were doing! They were just lost, bumping into one another. There is never a manager on site (at least not the last few times I’ve been there) so the employees just do not have any direction. This location is dirty and I noticed that the lettuce that spills over on the counter went back into the lettuce bin … yuck! I asked the girl who was building my sandwich to please change her gloves and she rolled her eyes at me … really? I do not think they realize what cross contamination is!
Their location in Marina del Rey is AWESOME!!!

I travel a lot to Beverly Hills for my business. I often stop at Jersey Mikes Sub off Beverly Drive. This is one Resturant that I can count on for fresh and tasty Sub. The staff are polite and make you feel comfortable. I do recommend this Restuarant highly specially for quick bite.

This place has some HUGE subs… compared to regular subs I’ve seen… This is an active man’s food!!! The italian sub I tried was very tastfull… It looked like it was in a fresh french bread… Customer service was ok too…

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location is the best. It is well run and has the best employees and management. Everyone is courteous and although it is popular and busy, you always get your food on time. It is also very clean. Anyone who loves good sandwiches and Jersey’s Mike’s should check out this location.

I was in the neighborhood and stopped in for lunch. The staff at this location is on top of things. They were very friendly. At the time I went in, they were out of Turkey, the girl at the register made sure she told each customer as they were greeted, that «unfortunately, at the moment they were out of Turkey». It was great they informed everyone first, before someone made up their mind what they wanted and then find out that the do not have that on the menu.
This store had a huge staff, it was like every customer was getting personal service, and this was during lunch rush!
The bathroom was ridiculously clean — not a big issue, but I wanted to point this out, it shows that this team is very structured and want to provide customers with a nice experience.

Roast beef — turkey — Swiss — provolone — mikes way — extra vinegar sometimes on a wheat sometimes in a white — sometimes I go mini/​sometimes regular and if I feel like a true boss I get it on a GIANT which is about double a regular seriously GIANT. great sandwich fun team and always worth it. Let me get a side of jalapeños and the chocolate chip cookie PLEASE! See you guys soon

You got 6 customers waiting and you only got two staffs, you gonna have one of your staff counting change in the register while the other 6 people are being serviced by one staff. That’s really unprofessional and stupid. When it gets that busy make both of your guys help the customers or hire additional staffs. I don’t have to wait 15 minutes for a tuna sandwich.

Anyone who gives jersey mikes a 5 star doesn’t know subs and clearly has never been to the east coast. These subs are deplorable, and are on par with subway (hint: inedible)
They don’t even use the real meats that you find and they give it their own name to mask the fact that it’s not what you are expecting.
The only to places in la to eat an italian sun are domingos in encino and bay cities in Santa Monica. Don’t be a fool, anyone who rates over two stars should have their Unilocaling reviews taken with a grain of salt. Seriously this food is a joke. Every location, every time.

The service and quality at this Jersey Mike’s is A+. I came in for lunch on Tuesday, Jordan (one of their team members) greeted me w a friendly and cordial hello, he also thanked me for coming in. What a great asset he is to this location. All the team is friendly and helpful, this place just has great energy and positive vibes with all the team.
I had the Turkey sub on Wheat. Tasted excellent and fresh! This is my favorite Sub spot in Simi Valley.
Come give them a try, you won’t regret it!

This place has great and speedy service. I always order the wraps. They are pretty good, but not amazing. It’s a good place to go if your hungry and in the mood.

My go to sandwich is the Club Supreme #9. it’s a turkey and roast beef sandwich and theirs only one way to have it… Mikes Way. Made to perfection. The food was fresh and the service was excellent so I decided to get catering for the office on numerous occasions. After I saw how easy it is to deal with them and how professional they are… I only deal with them for my catering.

I have an old review on another branch already but this branch is great and yummy! I used to eat at subway too but no more! The service is shit at subway and I’ll review that as well, but the service here is great! I think that’s why this place is better– great service!
No, it’s not the most cheap sandwich place around but the staff actually care about the customers, they actually want you to have a great tasting sandwich. The management is here every day makin sure all is good and smooth and that’s why this branch is the…(you know) if u haven’t tried them yet, you should !

When you are talking about sub’s, there are no close comparisons. Good food and always friendly staff wherever I go. From east coast to west coast. I got a giant sub and was full off of half. Where at subway I can eat a footling, no problem.
