If you are relocating, please come to Pico & Robertson. We could use an excellent place like yours to go to besides the unfriendly Plastik.

Delicious European-​style gelato bar. Best I’ve had in LA (better than Pazzo Gelato, yes). Beverly Hills is a little too far for me to commute but whenever I’m on that side of town, I plan to get some real-​deal gelato.

I cannot say enough good things about my Vienna!
A friend and I stopped in and had their delicious (and filling!) meat and cheese plate and followed it with some gelato. Apparently the meat and cheese plate was their brunch special, which they do not offer all the time, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, My Vienna, offer it every weekend! I will be back for it all the time! The gelato itself was fantastic, though, so I will definitely be back for that, as well.
To top it all off, the service was just as wonderful as the food. The owner chatted with us for a while, and he obviously cares about customer service and his business. He made us feel so welcome!
I highly recommend stopping in My Vienna asap.

Everything was superior. The service was excellent and the men working behind the counter were friendly and attentive.. and fun! Specifically, their strudle is outstanding, especially the one that is not commonly found here. We had a very pleasant experience.

My Vienna deserves nothing short of 5 stars. My bf and I tried the gelato at the Taste of Italy on 10.13.12 in Little Italy. There was a blond guy there. He was personable, friendly and extremely knowlegeable.
The gelato was rich and powered up with flavor. My bf and I enjoyed the creamy gelatos. My Vienna uses nothing but high quality ingredients. Absolutely amazing gelatos!
My Vienna makes all of its pastries except for the macarons. There’s public parking in the corner of N. Santa Monica and Beverly Drive, but the parking entrance is from Rodeo, which is a block south of Beverly. It’s free on Sundays.

Okay, maybe we didn’t order the things we should have, or maybe it was just an off day, but it wasn’t great.
First, we walked in and drooled all over the gelato selection, since everything looked great! But, instead of ordering regular gelatos, we tried their cappuccinos and a new concoction called the gelato cupcake… big mistake! Don’t order it, even if you think it will be a new and crazy adventure in the eating of gelato! The cupcake itself was dry with a tinge of stale taste. It was bad, and the gelato on top just didn’t make matters any better.
The cappuccino was a disaster! It was really milky and weak. We saw another gentleman order some baked good and a coffee as well, but he sat down, took a couple sips and a bite and proceeded to just leave it all at the table with a dissatisfied look on his face as he left. He didn’t finish anything!
Bottom line, the gelato is delicious! It should just be a straight up gelateria, without trying to turn itself into a coffee/​bakery hybrid. Just stick with what you know!

The gelato is so tasty and the service was fantastic. Everyone who helped us was very friendly. We work in the neighborhood and will definitely be back!

I love this Café. The coffee and teas are high quality and the lattes are well so much better than any chain! The Gelato and all the food is so good and fresh. I go there several times a week now. The Owner, Manager and staff are all so friendly!

This place is DELISH!
I totally recommend this place. Everytime I go, the servers are really really nice and it’s always a service with a smile. They let you taste the entire display of flavors if you like until you find one that fits your tastebuds.
They have unique flavors and names. but my fave is the BASIL GELATO and BLACK CURRANT. YUM YUM YUM!.. Still thinking about it 4 hours after I had it.
The prices are decent, but what do you expect, you are in Beverly Hills… :P
Anyways, you need to go and try it. You’ll love the service. and on a hot day like this, it is soooo light and refreshing!

Stumbled upon this place when I was touring Rodeo Drive. The weather was scorching hot, and I was happy to find a gelato place. This is owned by a Viennese family. Great flavors to select from. My brother and I decided to get a frappé /​smoothie gelato, and boy did it taste heavenly!!! I forgot the flavors that we got (they were chosen for us by the gal), but it was creamy and fresh at the same time!!! The customer service was really good. They were very friendly and welcoming. We loved the espresso cups that we ended up buying some.

This place is awesome. The coffee is amazing and it reminds me of the coffee shops in Vienna. The pastries are out of this world.
I would definitely recommend this place.

we went here last night and were very happy w/​the overall experience. it was later in the evening (~9pm), so it was easy to park (although i’m sure it’s a different story during the day). the service was very friendly and we got to taste a bunch of the different flavors. all of them were delicious, but i eventually settled on the black currant and the mango (i included a picture). the gelato was creamy and had an intense flavor. the mango especially tasted just like a bowl of fresh ripe fruit! it was the perfect treat to escape from the current heat wave. =)
the portion was a little small for $ 4, but i think it’s just b/​c the neighborhood is expensive. we will definitely be back, and next time i plan to try some of the coffees and pastries. =)

best gelato I have ever had. I had so many samples and they were delicious. The gelato was just so creamy and refreshing. The workers were very helpful and everyone there was friendly. The place was clean and I can’t wait to go there again!

This place was AMAZING!!! Their Chai Gelato is best flavor known to man!

Loved the gelato and their unusual flavors. The staff and owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. They gave us samples of different flavors and explained how they were made. All ingredients are fresh and natural. Even though they are from Vienna, the owner/​chef studied under an Italian Gelato maker. I had just mentioned prior to stopping in that I have never had gelato that tasted like or close to what they have in Italy and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Loved it as did my daughter and granddaughter.

Friendly service, the gelato was yummy. I can’t wait to go back for more!
