This Dr is a rip off! Do not provide ur insurance info nor let anyone do any procedure before seeing the Dr first.
They start doing US without even being seen by Dr first. Which is illegal.
This Dr needs to be report!
All the advertisements are fraud. No insurance covers any spider vein treatment!
And no FREE visits!

I am a physician and i was referred to Aluna Vein Centers by one of my colleagues and I had a free vein consult, Dr. Massoudi recommended that I need a procedure but he did not accept my insurance. He spent a lot of time to explain about treatment and how I can get treatment with my insurance. After I had my laser treatment I went back and I had the rest of sclerotherapy treatments with Dr Massoudi and I have done other procedures with him since which I am very satisfied and happy. I have recommended many of my friends and family which they had amazing results as far as fillers and Botox

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! SCAM ARTIST!!! ALL ABOUT THE $$$$$$
I received a flyer in the mail for a free consultation. I called and made an appointment saying that I have the flyer for the free consultation. Went to the office and the front lady asked for my insurance info. I asked her why she needed my insurance info if the visit is free. She said we will need it if the dr needs to do an ultrasound or other necessary treatment. I hesitantly said OK. The office visit did not last more than 5 min. And I literally mean 5 min!!! I asked a few questions and the dr recommended sclerotherapy for my spider veins. This visit was about a month and half ago. About 2 days ago I receive an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) in the mail stating that the dr charged my insurance for an office visit. I was FURIOUS to say the least!!. I called the office and they told me someone from the billing dept would call me back. A lady called me saying that the claim was already put in and of course the dr was already paid so there was nothing they could do. I kept repeating the fact that it was supposed to be a free consultation WITHOUT a charge. She said that the dr wrote 2 pages worth of notes on our FIVE min consultation and since it was documented they can charge it out as an office visit. It was getting funny at this point. Long story short find yourself another dr. Not worth the headache, time or money!!!

Its almost 3 wks since my procedure. Last wk i called the office to inform them of my minor pain. I was imediatly given an appointment, although i said it wasnt unrgent, they insisted i come in. I was told i have «traped blood» very common. The dr. Gave me a quick poke & squeezed out excess blood. He has amazingly fast & gentle hands.
He kept making sure i was ok. I am very pleased with Dr. Massousi.
My vericose veins are looking much better, but not completely gone. Dr. Massoudi said i need to wait 2 – 3 months for them to completely go away.
