I went to Younai needing a African American ethnic Rhinoplasty revision, he claimed that he specialized in doing these type of revisions. I noticed that my incisions were not stitched together neatly and I figured it had to be because he was so overweight and that his hands were so fat the he was not cable of doing neat stitch.
I returned to him when I noticed that I was developing major scar tissue and my nose was swelling. He told me that there was nothing else he could do for me and he was literally pushing me out of the office, as he walked toward the front to exit the building. He was very rude and dissmissive.
When I went to another surgeon for correction I was told that he had cut the supportive structure from my nose causing massive scar tissue.
I’m glad that he pushed me out of his office because he would have botched me up even more. That was the only great thing he did.
DO NOT waste your money with him, he lacks ethic, care or expertise.

On December 23, I had an extended high tension abdominoplasty and liposuction to various areas. My scar is at the bikini line, very thin and healing well and it’s only been three weeks post-​op. I look totally different. It’s like night and day. I had a large kangaroo pouch, it’s gone. My body looks totally different in such a great way. The staff there are so nice and attentive. Dr. Younai puts you at ease and makes sure that you are knowledgeable about the entire process and what to expect. I’ll be back for another procedure in the near future and would recommend him to anyone.

Months later. My body looks terrible. Horrible scarring as well. Went in to say I’m unhappy & want a fix. No fix offered. Atleast be a decent doctor to want to redo a bad job. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Thanks.

I was feeling hopeless about ever losing weight, and really needed a kick start. After doing a lot of research about plastic surgery doctors, I chose Dr. Younai for large volume liposuction. Dr. Younai was professional and safe. He truly cares about you when you’re under his care. His goal is help women and men change their lives. He certainly has changed mine! I had large volume liposuction on June 12, 2015. Before the surgery, I had all of my numerous questions answered. Dr. Younai is very patient and understanding. The day of surgery, all went as planned. Recovery was about what I expected. It included bruising and drainage tubes. Dr. Younai explained all this ahead of time and I felt prepared. Recovery was rough for the first week of so, but Dr. Younai makes sure that you won’t be in pain, which is a hugely important consideration. He and his assistants made sure that I was healing well, getting checked on regularly, and answered my questions as we went along. Linda, his office manager, was great to work with. I’m very happy with my decision to choose Dr. Younai. He removed 10 liters of fat. After 3 months, I am down 25 pounds. I look way more sculpted with a defined hourglass. I don’t have that gigantic pooch under my boobs anymore. On June 12, I was a size 22 and weighed about 280. Now, I can fit in size ¹⁴⁄₁₆. I don’t have to find super long shirts to cover up my stomach. I can’t tell you how much more confident I feel. Thank you, Dr. Younai. I recommend you highly!

I know Dr Younai for many, many years. Dr Younai and his entire staff always been professional, friendly. Able to answer any questions. Return all phone calls within no time. I would recommend Dr Younai without any regrets.

I have three kids and I gained a lot of weight with each pregnancy. It took me about 3 years to finally get back to my pre-​pregnancy weight but I still had saggy skin and stretch marks on my stomach that made me feel self-​conscious, especially in swim suit season.
