Dr Silverman is the best. He genuinely cares about his patients. To me, he is a very realistic doctor– he will tell you if he is concerned about something or if you shouldn’t worry about it. I like that he’s «old– school» in that way. He is warm, kind and has a good sense of humor. I always get nervous when I have to see a doctor, but he keeps my mind at ease. Thank you Dr Silverman!

Dr. Silverman is the doctor everyone wishes to have in their lives. I was so fortunate to have found him when I moved back to LA nearly 13 years ago. He is always happy and has a great sense of humor. After years of seeing me, noticed a change in my blood-​work that caused concern. He put me in touch with an amazing specialist and I could not have been more grateful for his attention to detail. I had a brain tumor. Thankful it was benign, I will never forget Dr. Silverman always taking such amazing care and attention to my treatments.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Silverman’s since 1973 & I adore him. He listens, he takes you seriously, he remembers facts, he’s patient, funny & not hysterical — he’s a mensch. May he live forever as I can’t imagine another other doctor being half as wonderful as he is!

Dr. Silverman is like the family doctor you wish you had. I went to a doctor for years who would spend less then 5 minutes in the room– write a prescription and walk out. Dr. Silverman spent almost an hour on my first visit, finally ran tests that revealed the auto immune disease I had been trying to explain for years and made sure I saw the right doctors to follow up.
He is my bosses Doctor– and my boss is the picture of health at 87– so he must be doing something right!
I am a believer in trying to be healthy before taking medicine– Dr. Silverman does write a good amount of prescriptions– but will also concentrate on factors like diet and exercise– which I appreciate.
I highly highly recommend him.

I have great admiration for Dr. Silverman. My dad had a MINIMUM of symptoms, just some tingling in one hand on two occasions. Dr. Silverman did a couple of quick neurological tests and immediately recognized that my father had bleeding on his brain requiring immediate imaging, which led to surgery that saved his life. Many doctors would have ignored this mild symptom, and then the patient would have died. Thank you to Dr. Silverman
