I’ve been a yoga enthusiast for few years and decided to take my passion to the next level. I am so glad that I started my yoga teaching journey through source of yoga. The Ashtanga primary series is challenging! But this is exactly what I needed. I believe Ashtanga yoga is a great foundation to learn as it allows you to build strength and discipline for the rest of other yoga styles. Caroline Klebl’s background is impressive; I learned the primary series taught in Mysore, India. I also learned ayurveda, anatomy, how to adjust bodies base on each posture, learned in-depth yoga philosophy and history, read Sanskrit, and met new and amazing yogi friends. I cannot wait to enroll back for my 300 hr training at source of yoga. This is just the beginning of my lifelong learning of yoga and I’m happy that the universe led me to this school.

I have done 2 of my 200 hr YA certification trainings with Caroline. Both times in India and loved BOTH trips! It is a fully comprehensive training and supersedes all of the Yoga Alliance requirements. We learned Yoga Anatomy, Ayurveda, Adjustments, Modifications, Cueing, etc. in addition to really having a chance to deepen my practice intensively over a 4 week period. Can’t wait for the next teacher training in Greece this September!

I did my yoga teacher training with Caroline at Source of Yoga in Bali. The course was very good. I learned the Ashtanga Primary series in great detail, including how to cue the poses while teaching and very good hands on adjustment techniques. We studied and chanted the yoga sutras. We learned anatomy and ayurveda. We were also treated with daily restorative yoga sessions since our bodies were being challenged and got pretty sore. My practice improved a lot and my understanding of yoga grew. It was an excellent immersion and a good beginning to my yoga teaching career. Thanks Caroline!
