Starbucks

For some reason this place always gets drinks mixed up or don’t make them the right way. It’s nice inside once it’s open but they rarely open on time.

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. They literally can not make an order correctly. Even if it’s a mobile order that is printed and very specific they can not be bothered to read it. Then once you tell them that they made your overpriced coffee wrong they have a attitude about fixing it. They change their staff almost every week. It’s unfortunate that they are ruining Starbucks reputation. Should really be evaluated.

Worst starbucks in america. Im watching them make my drink and ive never seen such a pathetic show in my lifetime. Its taking them 3 guys with a total of 3, two-​minute breaks during the whole process. Maybe try one of the other fourteen starbuckses in beverly hills. Really sad watching these guys at work.

Worst starbucks ever! Slower than molasses. Drinks never taste consistently the same. Milk/​sugar area is always filthy. Would never come here if I didn’t work around the corner.

Good staff with okay attitude.
I come here on daily and half the time order tastes different, but when they make it right it’s great!
Trash bin is always filled till the top and tables are unorganized most of time.

I love this Starbucks due to costumer service. Honestly, these are the nicest baristas I’ve ever come across!

This location can get rather crazy and slow at times. And there’s this one particular gay cashier dude who has some serious attitude problem (if you go there enough, you would know who he is, my coworker said the same thing too), but other than him, their staff are usually pleasant as much as they could with the crazy busy customers rushing in the store in the morning.
One suggestion, order ahead use the app! Save you a lot of time and most likely they won’t get your order wrong.

Annoyed to the MAX. First, I went in and the line at l0 am was WAY TOO LONG: can’t they get it together and have enough people? So 30 minutes later I placed an ‘order’ by phone
and then the madness began. Again, a long line, but this time I walked to the pick up
counter and stood there, like a bump on a log, or a good customer I suppose: finally
some ethnic male comes up and asks me what I am waiting for: I tell him and he then
has the GALL to ask the cashier if she had taken my order: and she looks at me (I am
in full Halloween mode) and shakes her head: I then shout, «REMOTE ORDER» (u fool) and
he then produces the latte. Well I was furious or as i later snarled, «there is racial profiling
and then there is dress profiling.» HE started to argue, now that he was at the register:
«Shame on you» I said in my snarkiest tone and pounced out. First, don’t ague with
me, and second, don’t tell me that the two of you looked at me and decided… Did
i mention I was a holder of Starbucks stock? Totally annoying. And inefficient as
all sorts of folks were standing and waiting. Totally inefficient, unfair, in appropriate
and unprofessional. I“ve been in this Starbucks many many times, never have I seen
such rude and irresponsible and inefficient behavior. SHAMEFUL! Unlike one of the other
reviewers, they do NOT know how to handle a crowd and they doNOT know how to
handle anyone who doesn’t fit into their stereotypic, rigid idea of who should be
ordering their beverages.

Parking was easy to find despite Beverly Hills being busy as ever. I stayed in line for a long time despite the small line.
Service was great and so was my mocha frapp.

You really cannot predict how busy this place will be. I come in at the same time Monday through Friday and it’s all over the map. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Awkward layout in that you have to walk through always massive line of people waiting to order to get to the bathrooms. Very industry. Lots of people trying to look very important. Soy everything. Soy everywhere. Soy breasts.

Good service overall but crappy pastries. It almost seems like they freeze them and thaw them out prior to serving them. You would think that a company as large as Starbucks would be able to produce better pastries, especially at that price. To be honest, I rarely go there for anything other than coffee, whenever I do order something else (ie– any baked goods including the bagels) I remember why.

What’s up with this Starbucks? It’s the worst run one I’ve ever been to. They actually ran out of coffee on a Tuesday morning. Seems like the place they send bad baristas. I hope corporate reads this and send them some help. They truly need to turn this place around.

Starbucks in Beverly Hills… The same as every where else.
Haha, I was expecting something a little fancier… But all is well.

This Starbucks is fast but it lost me when they charged for soy in an iced coffee. Not a single Starbucks I’ve ever been in charges for soy in an iced coffee. They acted like I was lying and stupid. I paid the .60 but last time I will go to this one. The cashier clearly needed more training and the guy training him had an attitude that needs work.

I love this starbucks because the people that work here are so friendly. One time I came in, they had given my son a free cake pop and were so sweet to him. On a separate occasion they asked me how my day was– and when I told them I was having a rough day– they gave me a free soy lattee. Another time they gave me a free spinach wrap to «try» just because. They are the nicest bunch of employees and they make great coffees! I always walk here because it is close to my house and I feel so lucky! I will recommend to all my friends.

Not a bad location. I found free parking next door but that was because it was before 6pm.
The coffee was par for the course as other locations and the staff was kind and attentive.
My phone had absolutely NO reception in there though. Stupid T-​Mobile.

PROS:
–Always busy but they know how to handle a crowd
–Friendly and professional
–Quick and unassuming
–Great retail items (mugs, espresso machines)
–Cozy (they still have areas to sit and that’s a dying breed for Sbux)
CONS:
–Always lots of people
–Sometimes difficult to get a place to sit
–Metered parking

Come here almost every day.
I work across the st and it’s always easy to get a coffee& snack here.
Staff is super friendly and are very fast paced.
Wouldn’t change a thing!

This store is busy. The staff is wonderful. There is always enough staff to handle the line. Although busy, it rarely takes long.
Tables are usually full. Lots of people camping out here.

The service here is quick, efficient, and always given with a smile.
The parking structure is always packed, so finding street parking will be easier.
