Dr. Stelmach is a fantastic dentist! He is very talented and caring.
I used to be afraid of the dentist until I found Dr. Stelmach. His entire team is top notch and always make you feel comfortable. Patti (my hygienist) always does a great job cleaning my teeth with no discomfort at all. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this office for about fifteen years now. I finally had to have some dental work done and Dr. Stelmach is a comforting man. I was in and out in less than two hours with a new crown. I asked many questions and he was more than happy to answer them in detail. Normally dentists scare me but not Dr Stelmach. I have to return next week to repair another tooth and I’m not nervous at all. I strongly suggest coming here!

Dr. Stelmach is the best. He has a great eye for detail on the cosmetic look of the teeth and great technical attention and expertise for proper dental care and function.

I’ve been going to Dr Stelmach’s office for over 20y now (before Dr Stelmach was there!) and have always had a great experience, which you don’t often hear about going to the dentist! Patty (my dental hygienist) is truly AMAZING! She’s incredibly thorough yet very gentle, I literally fall asleep when she cleans my teeth! Cami, who runs the front desk, is super sweet and will always accommodate when she can. Dr Stelmach is a consummate professional, from fillings to veneers he knows/​has the latest technology and does stellar work. I can only say great things about everyone in the office, like I said I’ve been going there for over 20y, if that isn’t proof positive I don’t know what is!

I recently had two crowns replaced by Dr. Stelmach. Another dentist put them in about twenty years ago so no complaints – they had reached the end of their useful lives. The first was replaced in June and the second yesterday.
Dr Stelmach fabricated and installed each crown in one visit each (about two hours). He has state-​of-​the art equipment allowing him to mill the crown in the office. They’re beautiful, functional and didn’t require return visits. He spent extra time to match the color of the surrounding teeth so they look like OEM.
He’s extremely professional, gentle and really cares about the patient’s experience. The office staff is equally as warm and helpful.

Dr Stelmach is the best !!! Our whole family has been going to him for years and it’s always an amazing experience (as good as going to the dentist can be, right?). He has all of the most modern equipment and his office is state-​of-​the art. Most of all, Dr Stelmach’s work is top-​notch and his staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I strongly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a top-​notch dentist and, in particular, anyone who needs cosmetic work done.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to! The office is very nice with orchards in every room. The staff is amazing. They all say please and thank you to each other. Just a great positive atmosphere. Dr. Stelmach has all of the newest and greatest equipment. When you get your shot (NO PAIN) it is hooked up to a machine that pumps it at a rate that you can’t even feel it. He also has a machine in the office that prints out permanent crowns. So when you go in for a crown you only have to go in once. No temporary crowns or going back to the dentist two or three times. I had seven permanent crowns in one day (seven). My teeth look beautiful and I feel so confident now when I smile. I have been to so many dentist that have been horrible. It is so nice to finally have a great dentist. If you are reading this you should go to him.

Hi, I’ve been Dr. Stelmach’s patient for many years. Can’t imagine going to any other office. He and his staff are unfailingly kind, considerate, helpful, pleasant, and technologically up to the minute. All procedures are completely explained and well-​executed; Dr Stelmach is also very honest about what procedures may be necessary, when, and why. The staff has all been together for a long time, which definitely says something. A very professional, comfortable office – relax, your teeth are in good hands!

I think that Dr. Stelmach and his team provide painless dentistry (as painless as it can possibly get). Highly professional, they really do a great job.
I had to get a crown — and Dr. Stelmach’s high-​tech, milled, same-​day (= couple of hours) crown procedure was so impressive (I’m a «techie» so I really loved this). I clipped a photo of the 3D rendering they made with the special dental software, before the crown was milled (in-​house).
Dr. Stelmach used a special scanning device (small handheld wand) instead of making traditional impressions/​molds. SO much better, especially because I have a high-​gag reflex. Dr. Stelmach and his team were ever so careful and were so very patient. The special dental software figures out the size of the crown, it’s really incredible.
Also, during the crown procedure (where the crown gets fused (?) to the tooth), Dr. Stelmach explained that he’s developed special techniques to minimize the «residue»; making the process far less messy.
My husband is also a patient of Dr. Stelmach’s (my husband got a crown made last year by Dr. Stelmach). We’re glad (or lucky) to be in such great hands — for us, Dr. Stelmach and his team are top notch, definitely worth it (including the drive across town).

I can’t say enough about this dentist and his staff. They’re great. Patty (Patti?) is the best hygienist ever and Dr. Stelmach is fantastic at his craft. His standards are super high and all his work is top notch. He’s also personable and has a good bedside manner. They also let you pick a movie to watch while you have major work done. It really passes the time and takes your mind off of the procedure. Even for cleanings, they give you the remote and you can watch TV.
I could say so much more good stuff, but it’s late and I’m tired. The fact that I even took the time to write a review (hardly ever do that), speaks volumes. He’s worth the price. Cleanings are totally reasonable, but other work may cost a bit more than at some bargain dentist. Like I said, TOTALLY worth it.

Dr Stelmach is an outstanding dentist. He diagnosed a problem that had previously been believed to be caused by night-​time grinding. He was honest with me about what my future needs and costs would be, and he took care of what needed to be done urgently. I needed crowns on my four front teeth and he made them beautiful. He is also very concerned about patient comfort; he gave me a dose of ibuprofen before I left the office so I wouldn’t be in pain on my way home. He told me before starting a procedure that if anything was uncomfortable, or if I just needed a break to let him know. His staff is also great and professional. Best dentist I’ve ever been to by far.

I became a patient of Dr Stelmach’s in 1999 or 2000, after searching for a dentist online. A stroke of pure luck because, as many other reviewers have pointed out, he’s one of the absolute best in his chosen profession: meticulous, technically skilled, artistic, compassionate, honest, and completely approachable and friendly.
When his office changed location, I started seeing other dentists, and it worked out fine for many years because my teeth were in an excellent shape after all the work performed by Dr Stelmach. I needed nothing done for many years!
However, when my front tooth got chipped last year, I realized, after having had it bonded seven times (!) by different dentist and repeatedly chipping off the bonding (and more and more of the enamel each time), that he would probably be the only one who could figure out a long-​term solution that would not only save my tooth but also make it stronger. So I started a second online search, this time more targeted of course. And I was lucky I did, again!
I don’t know anything about the science behind his approach, but in my experience, it’s all about looking out for the long-​term health, the structure and strength of your teeth, that there is no stress, that the bite is perfectly balanced. The fact that he’s making smiles the prettiest they can ever be is just the icing on the cake, of course. ;) In that sense, he is truly an artist! Highly recommended!

I have been going to Dr. Stelmach for at least 3 years and I can honestly say he and his staff are the VERY BEST. He has the best dental hygienists who are both so sweet, patient, knowledgeable and give the best cleaning. I have personally been going to Lynette lately and she has always taken the time to explain everything to me and always makes sure I feel comfortable with how I floss. My teeth are always glowing after a cleaning and I can’t stop smiling. It’s never rushed. The best and most thorough cleanings I have ever had. Also, Camie and Aurora are absolute dolls and just make scheduling appointments and paying such a breeze and a pleasure.
As for Dr. Stelmach, he is an absolute perfectionist and cares about what he does so much and cares so much about his patients. He is AMAZING at explaining everything and makes you feel so comfortable. He is INCREDIBLY honest and I trust him wholeheartedly if he says I need something done. You just know you are in such good hands with Dr. Stelmach. He is also so down to earth and approachable and I love talking to him about the newest Los Angeles restaurants to try!
They have the latest and greatest technology and everything is so clean and pristine. If you are like me who only goes to nail salons that autoclave their utensils, then you will absolutely LOVE how clean and sterile Dr. Stelmach’s office is. Also when you leave your cleaning appointment, they always give you a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, floss and chapstick! It’s adorable and comes in handy when I travel.
I couldnt imagine going anywhere else and feel lucky to have found him!

Dr. Stelmach and his entire office are the best. Just the absolute best. Everyone is so compassionate, knowledgeable, and sensitive to your needs (and fears). I had a substantial amount of work done and Dr. Stelmach managed to erase over ten years of bad experiences in a matter of two hours. There aren’t enough words to thank him (and my friend who recommended him). I’ve come to conclude I owe her my first born child now. He’s AMAZING. His entire office staff is AMAZING. I’m so thankful she recommended him to me.
My first appointment was your basic cleaning/​x-​ray/​check-​up type visit. The cleaning may be the best I’ve ever had in my life. The x-​ray machines they use are the kind that don’t make you feel ill afterwards, and all the equipment is up to date (the office is pristine).
The second appointment was when I had the most work done (filings and all that fun stuff). I was terrified. Dr. Stelmach recommended I come a little early so I could take medicine to calm my nerves. Two hours later all my fears were gone.-so much so that for the final appointment I didn’t need additional medicine to calm my nerves. Yes, he’s THAT good.
This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Hands down. If you have a fear of dentists (or have had bad experiences in the past) this is the place you want to go.

I had a cap break from an old football injury in Highschool and needed to see a dentist right away. His office was very friendly and worked to get me in the same day. Once talking to Dr Stelmach, he was very understanding of all my questions in going over all the options I had and the cost of each one. I think we talked for a good 15 minutes and I never felt like he wanted to leave or had to go see other patients.

I have been to billion dentists. Okay, at least 23 in the last four years. Because a lot of different issues. And I was reading some message board and saw his name posted. I went in with my sob story and he didn’t even blink.
He told me what I knew: what I needed done would be expensive, but I already was prepared for that. And I felt able to be honest about what I could and couldn’t afford. Over a year later, I came back to him for the work I really needed.
Cami, Aurora, Lynette and everyone there: they are so nice. They work around people like me: workaholics who are never even able to answer their phones. They contact you on time and know what to say to get insurance to help out with dental work. So patient.
There is a great DVD collection. Dr. Stelmach is funny and nice and smart and I don’t feel embarrassed around him. And I look like a movie star now.
It’s expensive, but that’s what you get for a work of art set of teeth. I love you guys!

He is an excellent doctor! I’d be in tears if he retires one day!!! He is a true artist of dental crowns, bridges, etc. It’s simply amazing to be able to get a whole crown in one visit. He bakes them there while you’re watching a movie! I have a total trust in this doctor, and was referred to him by a colleague of mine who had been through a dozen of dentists before settling with Stelmach!
