Another wonderful experience. Stopped in for my morning coffee on the way to work. Ordered a large decaf with cream and 3 Splenda. She went to hand me a coffee and said pumpkin with 2 Splenda. I said, that’s not what I ordered and repeated my order. She went to put the cover on it and it looked almost black so I asked did you put cream in that? She says yeah with a wicked attitude. Then I asked is it decaf? She said yeah it’s decaf again with the nasty attitude. The girl working there with her even gave her a look. Really? This is how you treat your paying customers? I walked out and said that’s ok I’ll just drink it the way you think I should. Really sick of the rude, inattentive employees here! I come in to PAY for and get what I ordered NOT what you feel like giving me with your rude attitude!

Ugh this place has just really gone downhill this past year. I used to LOVE this Dunkies. The service was fast and efficient, as well as very friendly, and my orders were always right. But nowadays I literally avoid this location at all costs. I have come here quite a few times in the past few months on my way to work or on the weekends, pretty much whenever I was in need of a coffee. I want to say starting in January the service just started sucking majorly. The pleasantly plump gentleman who takes orders in the front is so rude and disrespectful I wanted to write to corporate about him. I have had to repeat my coffee order SEVERAL times to him before he hears it and god forbid if I want to order a bagel. He even had the nerves to roll his eyes at me before when I asked for my bagel to be toasted. Ummmm wtf? I’m not asking for much here. Not to mention my order comes out different somehow every time. I don’t understand what is so difficult about a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. sometimes its loaded up with cream, sometimes theres barely any, not good. I’ve gone back hoping that maybe his attitude would change and he was just having some personal issues but nopeee. Consistently every time I go he is his same miserable self and takes it out on the customers. Maybe you shouldn’t work at a dunkies if you clearly hate it so much? It is not just him though, other employees there have attitudes as well, such as the young lady who makes the sandwiches and thinks it is super professional to complain about customers«difficult» orders to her co-workers while they are within earshot. Good job there, idiot. Many of my co-workers have said as well how awful the service is at this location and that they no longer go there. I have also spread word throughout my company to avoid it, so good job theres about 30 – 40 customers you just lost for your horrible service. I’ll take my business to Starbucks in the next plaza. Yes, it is more pricey but well worth because the customer service far exceeds this Dunkin Donuts.

Why can they not get it right??? I pass this Dunks when I drop off my daughter for daycare, 3 days a week for the last 2 weeks. Each morning I order the same thing, and each morning they get something wrong. This week has been the last straw. Monday, the decaf coffee was cold and tasted like dishwater, undrinkable. Tuesday, the regular coffee had no sugar in it at all. Today, none of the coffees had any sweetener in them at all. It’s not like it was busy either… in fact it is usually dead at the time I get there. What is there excuse? When they have gotten coffees right the amount of sweetener varies from day to day. Undrinkably sweet one day to barely sweet the next. This is not rocket science, people. This is coffee. Large, hot, cream, sugar. I’m assuming a chain like Dunks has a standard«regular» amount of cream and sugar they use. Once upon a time you could simply give them your drink order and it would be correct and the same each time… not so much anymore. Oh, and forget about asking them for anything cold with cream. I ordered a large iced coffee, cream and sugar, once and got a large cream and sugar, with a splash of coffee… and what coffee was used must have been sitting on a burner for a while because it was bitter.

Best dunks on the North Shore — hands down. Great drive through — fast, great service, and great cup. Located rt 1A North Beverly in front of the Stop n Shop complex.

There is something surprisingly odd about this place. The coffee in this particular Dunks tastes like something you’d get from 7 – 11. I’ve had Dunks from Virginia/North Carolina all the way out to Las Vegas all the way back to Bahstan(Boston for non-Mass residents) and they all taste identical. The coffee in this dunks… not so much…

The damp air fills my body. I can’t tell where it ends and I begin. I wonder if I’m really here at all. *eyes closed, hand on forehead, languishing on silk pillows* *dressed in black, too much eyeliner, tear marks trailing down cheek, impossibly detached* *breeze blows in, lifting gauzy curtains.. .leaping to feet.. .* *phone rings* hello? Hello? Such a Shame by Talk Talk begins to play quietly, gets louder.. . *no one there* Oh fuck it, I need a large hot coffee, triple cream, no sugar. thx. Dunkin Donuts. For when the Silent Movie Noir Drama of Life is too much, and you need a little Pink and Orange in your Day.

It’s drive through. Standard dunkin donuts but in a suburb it’s precious. since there’s nothing much around!

Newly renovated, with a drive thru. There is one guy here that makes my day every time I come I pray for it to be him– He is verly enthusiastic and super friendly & funny– wish I knew his name. Coffee is ususally as ordered, never a line(drive thru or inside) and very convenient to my house.

All everyone does is always complain about how they can never understand the people who work at Dunkin Donuts and they always get the order WRONG. So why do you go back?

OK, so I don’t love Dunkin’ Donuts or anything. But I’ll get the occasional vanilla chai or hot chocolate or croissant. However, this DD gets five stars because of the service. If you use the drive through on almost any morning, this great, booming, friendly male voice greets you & makes your day so much better. Then, at the window, the woman is so friendly, always asking«How are you my friend?». Everyone is always smiling and happy and the y work at DD. I don’t get it, but I sure like it. So I just wanted to give props to the friendliness at the North Beverly DD.
