This Facility is Amazing! At first it is a bit confusing to find amongst it’s huge mirrored/​glass complex. However, there is an on-​site parking/​information booth as you enter this magnificent mega-​complex, super friendly & quite knowledgeable! OK, the office – Clean, all staff is so incredibly NICE! OMGoodness, they actually «Like» their *career! Very pleasant to see! I have Dr. Menish Patel! HE was knowledgeable about MY illness! When my previous «Dr» at (MGH Pain Ctr) said to me at my very 1^st appt with her said: «I’ve never treated anyone with {That Illness lasting longer than 1 YR}, I reintroduced myself to her! WoW, she was very abrupt, making me feel like I was… well, back to THIS review! This Pain Mgmt, offers so many services they even have a brochure so professionally done! And my Dr Patel listened to me during the initial intake/​consult! I felt comfortable and was trusted! Right away, he made me «feel understood» he spoke plain to me! Asked questions and actually wrote down stuff! He introduced me to a very nice Nurse, Jackie and set me up with an appointment for follow up with her in just a few more weeks! I just cannot say enough positive about this Beverly MA facility! I have now a renewed sense of hope (?), I am not getting ahead of myself… suffering 12 years with bilateral Meralgia Parasthetica! Disabled since 2006! Constant pain, led to depression, little activity, weight gain, poor outlook… on & On & ON!!!

I would recommend this practice to anyone! Theresa is great and got me in right away. Dr. Patel’s assistant is the BEST! She assured me that I would be fine if I did the injection without sedation, and I was. Dr. Patel was GREAT! I can’t thank them enough for dealing with me! I was so nervous for nothing.

I simply cannot say enough about the team here! I needed a MBB with an RFL if it worked. I was supposed to get these treatments on my back when it went out. Twice I called the place I was supposed to go, New England Baptist, and they couldn’t get me in for almost a week. Fed up, I just started calling people and stumbled across these guys.
From the second I explained my situation to Theresa, she was amazing! She got me in for an appointment the next day and scheduled me for the test the following day. I met Dr Patel and explained to him that I was afraid I may have new insurance at the end of the month and might not be able to have the procedure then. It was less than a week before the end of the month. He said to me «not only are we going to get your test done, were going to get you treated by then!» and he did! Went in for MBBs on Friday and Monday and had the procedure on Wednesday!
Everyone I encountered there went above and beyond. All the nurses got IVs perfect on the first try. They did great putting me out and managing my pain during the procedure after they saw how painful my first test was. I have a rare allergy, I’m allergic to the cold, and even though nobody there had heard of my disease, they all took extra care of me to be careful not to trigger a reaction, from putting on the heat to warming up instruments. Everyone knew me by name when I walked in the door! This is treatment I’ve never experienced in a doctors office!
I’m not 100% sure if the procedure worked. I have a horrible back and this was my last hope before multiple surgeries to keep me mobil. But, I’m feeling good and I’m hopeful.
I could not recommend a better place to see for pain! I’m so happy that I stumbled across them! Thank you for treating me absolutely wonderful through a traumatizing experience!!!
