Moved to Beverly from Maynard. Beautiful store. Clean. Shelves all straight and stocked. Previous reviewer saying bad service and bad hours is obviously a shill for a competing pharmacy. Because all the staff (especially pharmacist Randa) were the nicest ever. She guided me through all my new meds and answered all concerns. So glad I am a customer.

Pros — Beautiful store, well stocked, much better than any CVS
Cons — workers have to be the most dismal people in retail. Every time I walk in, the workers have a frown. You ask them a question and it’s like you asked them for a kidney or a piece of their liver. Also their hours are terrible too… closed when you need them.
