Dispatcher lies about pick up times, and misses pick-ups. Don’t use if you actually need to go someplace.

I had actually phoned John’s Taxi when a car from Alternative arrived(may be same company.) The taxi arrived on time. The car was well maintained and the driver was friendly. Since I was headed to the hospital, the driver offered to take the fastest route. Excellent ride, a bit more expensive than others, but still worthwhile.
