We love Chipotle and this is our favorite location for the customer service. We are a family with meat eaters and vegetarians, adults and kids. Everyone is happy.

Only giving this one star because it’s a requirement to post… Have been to every chipotle in the Boston area and honestly this one literally makes chipotle look bad. Every time I’ve ever gone the food is cold, lettuce isn’t even chopped, worst part is it’s closer to UML and instead of going there after four or five times I just go to Nashua or North Andover because it’s that terrible, glad there getting shut down temporarily so they can get there shit together even if it’s for sanitation reasons.

This branch is fairly new. The food and condiments were fresh, the execution wasn’t. Ordered a burrito, the usual, and felt rushed through the process regardless of no one else in line. I understand that Chipotle burritos end up being relatively big in scale yet the burrito wrapper lady did a horrible job packing everything in. If I wanted a burrito bowl, I would’ve ordered it – preferably in a bowl, not aluminum foil. The biggest con about this place is the lack of a liquor license compared to other Chipotle branches.

I am a huge chipotle fan and I have gone to many chipotles, I’m not even one to write a review. However, this location is absolutely terrible. It is fairly new so I have given it a few chances but after today I can’t even believe it. The first time I went they had no salad dressing, the second time I went their online ordering wasn’t working(even though we had placed an online order, they«couldn’t see it», third time they had no sour cream, and finally I just went and they had no cheese. Like are you actually serious?! I really hope they send someone to this location to straighten it out!

I was greeted by a friendly girl, and food was fresh and plentiful and wrapped perfect by a another nice girl Nicole,(hate when falls apart). The dinning area was kept very clean and had straw and napkins,(I hate when there’s no napkins also lol). Healthy and delish !!

As expected for a chipotle location, went for lunch and it was busy but there were plenty of friendly and fast workers. The steak burrito bowl was great and ordered nachos and salsa(only real complaint was the chips were too salty this time). The store was as clean as I expect a busy chipotle too be. I was actually hesitant because of the reviews but thought«screw it» And went anyways. Ran in to non of the issues the other reviewers came upon(maybe I just didn’t go in to chipotle expecting 5 star dining and super clean I can eat the food off the floor). Also never trust a review that puts a negative for long lines… thats typically a GOOD thing when it comes to food served

Food was as expected, fresh, tasty, plentiful. Dining area was not very clean. Many tables dirty, garbage cans full, soda area splattered and sticky. All this while several employees hung out with their friends in the dining area(basically not working). I expected more considering the price: $ 23 for 2 for dinner. On the plus side, this location serves hard liquor!

First I placed an online order at 4:38 pm. I picked the earliest available pick up time, which was 5:15. I got there a little early and waited in the parking lot for a few minutes so that I wouldn’t have to wait in the restaurant. When I went in at 5:15, I noticed about 7 employees standing around, shooting the shit, and pretty much not doing anything at all. When I asked about my order, they were like of the online one? They hadn’t even started it. What is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait for them to make it when you get there? I understand this might happen on occasion if the store is really busy, but there was not a single soul in there! Next, when I got out to the car and checked my bag I notice I was missing an order of chips and an order of guacamole. Not a huge deal, but after already having to wait and then been charged for them, I was pretty annoyed. As for the actual food itself, neither burrito was labelled so it was impossible to tell which was which. And, the chips were seriously stale. Like must have been sitting around for hours. And finally, and most concerning, the store itself was FILTHY. Like absolutely disgusting. If I hadn’t ordered online and walked in to order I would have walked right out. First it SMELLED terrible. It looked like the trash cans had not been emptied all day. They were overflowing and since they are near the window they had been sitting in the hot sun and that created quite a stench. There was also soda all over the floor making it sticky and gross. Again, these things could be over looked if it was crazy busy in there and the employees didn’t have time, but they were doing absolutely nothing. I love Chipotle, I frequently other locations all the time. I was so excited to see a new one opened up in Billerica, which is super close to where I live. But honestly, I was so disappointed in this visit and the service and the food and the filth that I don’t think I can go back there again. Terribly disappointing. I now know why it was completely empty right at dinner time!
