Extra Space Storage

Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have a out side unit so it great to be able to pull my car up and load stuff right into my trunk.
Rent is pricey but that’s what any company to go with.
This location has gate access not ²⁴⁄₇ but they open and close late.
Wish they had ²⁴⁄₇ gate access tho

What a ripoff! Rented a space here initially for what seemed reasonable given the security etc. But BUYER BEWARE! They will escalate your price initially paid by 10% or more within the first 6 months! I trusted them to be reliable, and reasonable, but they are out for whatever they can get from you. It is horrific! You put your stuff in storage, and six months later, a notice comes in the mail re/​the increase. Another six months! and yet another notice for another 13% increase on my unit! It is awful. If you call, as I did, to complain, they only tell you that ‘yes your rent increased but if you want to save, then you can refer another person to us, and then you save $ 50 on one month’s rent’ WOW! Loop de loo… The person in charge really acts a bit arrogant when telling you ‘yes, your rent has increased, and it will be increasing again soon!’ Thanks Bro. This is a greedy and lousy company that tries to bleed the consumer once they have your business. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone!!!

Staff was great when I went to look at possible units. it is clean and convenient and being able to access from 6am-​10pm is very helpful. My unit is close to the door so I have the convenience of an outdoor unit with the benefits of having heated storage (and from the design of the place, this looks to be consistent for all of the units).
Took off one star for pricing since they are more expensive than storage in neighboring towns, but given that we will only be renting for a short period the convenience of the location outweighs the pricing for us. If I needed something longer term, price would be more of an issue.
Overall great experience so far and highly recommend.
