The logic board on my MacBook Pro died. This is a super expensive repair so I looked into replacing it myself. Then I found MicroReplay and they were able to do it for under what it would have cost if I DID THE REPLACEMENT! I don’t know how this is possible but with a one-​year warranty on top of the price letting them handle it was a no brainer.
The review that talks about the operator being impatient… I’m not saying she’s wrong, but that is the absolute opposite of my experience. Dave was incredibly helpful and super patient. He was responsive to email and phone calls. I cannot recommend them enough.

Left dirty fingerprints inside the imac inner display, and only replaced two of the six T10 torx screws that hold the display on. Couldn’t even fix the problem, which basic computer troubleshooting would have discovered. Don’t use these quacks.

Excellent customer service. I sent my Apple time capsule for repair. These folks fixed it and promptly sent it back to me. But because I was traveling fedex could not deliver it. These folks kept my time capsule till I came back home and promptly sent it the same day I called them. I dealt with Dave (David?). Let me see this one more time. Excellent Customer Service. A rare find these days.
