Pizza Mia

$ 2 draft beer and great food. It’s like a dive bar but far better. Because unlike a dive bar, they have excellent food. This is the perfect «hey world leave me the fuck alone. I wanna watch the game, drink cheap draft beer, and eat awesome food» spot. Definitely recommend this place all day.

Haven’t been here for a few years and thought we’d try it again. Wasn’t wild about the pizza the last time.
Ordered two small pizzas — Cajun and pepper.
Cajun had pieces of seasoned cubed chicken and I know garlic is one of the ingredients — just didn’t know chopped garlic would be spread all over the top of the crust — way too much. Between the Cajun spice, garlic and other seasonings — too salty/​spicy to eat.
The pepper pizza — cheese with a couple of rings of pepper. Sheesh — can you spare it?
My wife and I were starving, but we threw them out and had fridge leftovers instead.

Ordered food last night. Ended up throwing 90 percent of it away. Buffalo tenders fatty and the carrots were brown. Pizza was burnt to a crisp and steak and cheese sub was also fatty. I have ordered here before and seems to be getting worse

Definitely glad to have another decent delivery option in Burlington besides LaCascia’s. I was really surprised when their chicken parm sub was as good if not better than LC. Also tried a pizza face-​off and they made the better pizza (feta, spinach, tomato slices, and onion — it was damn good). The steak bomb is a little bit lame but otherwise I’ve been impressed.

When I was in high school I wasn’t much of a fan of Pizza Mia so I chose to never eat there. Fast forward ten or so years later and my husband begged me to give it a second chance. I reluctantly agreed and I am glad that I did. The expansion they completed is actually really nice. Zero cellphone connection in there but the atmosphere is comfortable!
I ordered a cheese burger and was pleasantly surprised when it came out. It was absolutely delicious and the side of cheese for the steak fries was a great added touch. We’ve been back several times since. I highly suggest it!

This place is located inside a dinky strip mall, you probably wouldn’t give it a second thought unless you knew about it. The food is great. I’ve had a calzone and a cheeseburger so far. Both were made exactly how I ordered and were yummy. They are inexpensive considering the quality of food you’re getting. Order online and get a 5% discount. The menu has tons of options. Inside is a bar with keno, and it’s much nicer than you might expect from the outside. Great service as well!

I am giving 2 stars because of their HORRIBLE customer service, I have been ordering food from this place for over a year for work meetings, and the food has been pretty darn good.(albeit a bit salty at times) but great pizza and amazing garlic bread… HOWEVER when a customer calls to ask about their order, DO NOT BARK AT THEM and tell them they are wrong with their questions and then HANG UP on them… so until their service improves I will find elsewhere to get pizza… it’s Massachsetts there is a pizza joint in every town… in fact usally more than 2!!!

Just ordered delivery from here on a Friday night at 7pm and we got our food within 30mins. It was delicious! Food was still piping hot when we got it. The buffalo chicken wrap is better than any you will find in billerica hands down!

I am so disgusted! Just ordered a pizza and sub, standing at the counter, waiting for my food and watching the man preparing my sub finish. When finished he started to clean using a spray bottle and rag. While I’m waiting for the pizza, still watching he NEVER changed his gloves when he went on to prepare an other grilled sub. GROSS. When the person who took my order came over to give it to me, I told him my concerns and all he did was shrug his shoulders and said, old well.

I found this place on line and since it was on the way back to the hotel decided to try. OMG this is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. meatballs, green peppers, mushrooms and hot peppers all on one of the thinnest crispier crusts ever! Even Luke warm at the hotel later still yummy! Will definitely try again when I am back in the area.

I have ordered from here a few times. It has been steadily getting worse. The last time i ordered from here I ordered a simple LG steak and cheese sub with extra cheese on it.
I was told 20 – 25 minutes on the delivery. It showed up about 45 minutes later.
Once I opened up my sandwich I was surprised to see that there was very very little meat in the sandwich. There was also no cheese. I grabbed a fork and moved the meat to one side of the sub, there was not even enough meat in there to fill half the sub!
I immediately called to find out what was going on. I got nothing but attitude and ignorance from the employee on the phone. He proceeded to tell me over and over again that there was more than enough meat in there. I asked him to have his driver come back and collect the food and issue me a refund. He flat out refused! He informed me that there was no way that I would be getting my money back.
I disputed the charges on my CC in order to get my refund.
In case you are wondering I tossed the gross excuse for a steak and cheese sub in the trash!

They got a little better. Imagine my previous review, just… less severe:
How do you mess up pizza? I’m not picky about pizza. But this place was atrocious. First off, lets talk sizes. A large pizza is the size of a medium, a medium is the size of a small and so on. But the prices are still the same! Now time for the food itself. The dough/​crust was burnt black, it was drenched in sauce, and the toppings were lacking. Not to mention it took nearly an hour to arrive. My cousin’s salad wasn’t good either. AVOID!!!

This review is for their pastas. The first time I order was chicken alfredo. There was hardly any alfredo sauce. Alot of cheese which I do not like. I couldn’t finish it and gave the rest to my coworker. Today I was like alright let me get the linguine with meatballs. You can’t mess that up. Lo and behold. No meatballs what so ever and I paid $ 8.99 for this? Again not alot of sauce and again with the cheese on top. I will not be ordering pasta from them since it is not their specialty.

I’ve always ate here for years and the quality of food is getting worse everytime. I got a steak bomb and it was completely soggy and it wasn’t even cut in half. I don’t even want to eat it. Waste of $ 10

Good value, fast free delivery versus the local Dominos which charges $ 3 for delivery. Nice late hours in a neighborhood where most businesses close early, 10% online ordering discount is a nice plus.
Pizza is good, especially the Polo Gourmet & Californian, but their replacement of pesto sauce in various gourmet pizzas with a heavy cream sauce continues to be a culinary tragedy. Skip the jalapeño poppers, they are bland and the artificial bright orange cheese filling is gross.

Horrible customer service. Was always a fan of Pizza Mia and my family orders from there at least once a week. Unfortunately, our last order changed that and I will not return.
We ordered two pizzas and an order of fries. 1^st pizza, ordered meatball/​pepperoni and they delivered a cheese.(strike one) 2^nd pizza=white buffalo chicken. Buff chix pizza was good until I bit down into a thick, coiled piece of metal wire. Yes, metal wire! (Strike two) my husband then called to talk to the manager and get our money back. Manager said he couldn’t refund our money but could send new pizzas. (Strike three!) There was metal wire in one of them! No thank you! Won’t ever order from there again and disappointed because it was a good local sub shop.

Great to have a Pizza joint in the neighborhood with a liquor license. We had pasta the last time we were there, I the Chicken Parm and hubby the chicken broccoli and ziti. Both were delicious. This time we had pizza. It was tasty but got cold pretty quickly. Not sure why. The service was prompt and friendly on both visits.
This is not gourmet faire but the price is right. The atmosphere is very casual. I may give it another star someday.

I stop in now and again for their Eggplant Parm sub. Pizza Mia’s calling card is the from scratch, homemade eggplant … many of the other places in the area use the frozen eggplant «discs.» They serve it up on a warm, toasted roll that is also more unique then alot of other places in the area, it may be ciabatta? Or may even be baked fresh? Whatever their secret is, I hope they keep doing it.
I can’t comment on the rest of the menu, the service is good, but the wait at lunch can be a little much if you are in a hurry.
Check out Pizza Mia if only for their fresh eggplant parm sub on toasty warm fresh bread, It’s totally worth it.

Never heard of this place & a friend at work was running out & said she would grab me a salad. OMG… It was Salad on Crack & Must have been the Chick Kebob with Feta (got some cheese on side)

Croutons… Let me tell you about these croutons, they are like Garlic Toast… OMG…
I have yet to have anything else from here — but I promise to beg same Coworker to go there & will try other things… Hoping they can live up to the 4 stars…
