Super Tire Service

My car was dropped off here last Thursday and the staff were friendly in letting me provide parts and gave me a good estimate.
However things took a turn for the worse after. I was guaranteed my car delivered within the day but they did not follow through. (Which is understandable most times).
The worse part of this ordeal is that my car developed new issues after the service. At first I gave the car a few days to run and possibly sort out the problems but none went away. I returned to Super Tire today to report my issues but I was told that my problems are not related (they never are), and that I would have to pay for diagnostics.
I tried to push for a complementary diagnostic so they can backup and prove their work to me, but was shut down again. Their evasiveness flavored with slight deceit makes this place a no-​go for me.

Good customer service and competitive pricing. They can answer all your questions and back their work. Wait time is usually low. Staff follows up and thoroughly explains things before starting work. You don’t feel forced to make decisions. I recommend trying their services.
