My experience was mediocre when I ordered the dress, but got worse once I decided to have my alterations done there. They do the alterations by the date you need the dress, so I had to wait months after I got my measurements for alterations to even recieve my dress. I ended up getting it just days before I needed it, which was very stressful because I had to drive over and hour just to pick it up. The most disappointing part was that the corset that they added did not have anything to keep the modesty panel up. That means that it repeatedly fell down and exposed my back. The other bridesmaids spent the whole night pulling it back up. It was an extra Hassel that did not need to be there had they done it properly. Also, don’t be fooled by their website. Their selection of bridesmaid and mother row bride apparel is very small in store.

When I first went and tried on my dress I loved my experience with this store, except for a couple of small things. While unlacing my corset, my consultant broke three of the loops. I was told that this would be taken care of during alterations. I also noticed that there was a spot on the back of my dress that looked to be someone elses makeup. I was told that would be taken care of hen the dress was cleaned and steamed. I was fine with that I bought the dress and I also ordered a veil to be shipped to my home because it was on back order. The next day I called and asked when to expect the veil and was told 2 to 3 months. I waited for about 3.5 months and then called again to check on the delivery date. I was told that they had my veil at the store and that they had tried to get in contact with me but had the wrong number. I find that hard to believe since they had two surveys with all of my information filled out, as well as my address and my moms phone number. I had also written a review here(which i have since deleted) The woman on the phone told me that she would sent it out«either today or tomorrow whenever I can get to it.» it seemed like a caviler response to me. I called the next day to ask when to expect it and was told Thursday but wasn’t given a tracking number I received the package on Friday. I had contacted to shop through this page to inform them that i felt as if they didn’t are I was told they would look into it and get back to me when the store opened the next day. I didn’t hear back until two days later. When I did hear back i told them that because of the way they handled this I would not be driving the 2 hours to the store to have alterations done on my dress and was disappointed that I now will be responsible for fixing issues that were caused by the store. I was told that they would pay to have my dress shipped to them cleaned, repaired, and returned. I told them that if they couldn’t handle shipping a veil i didn’t feel confident in sending them my wedding dress. When my veil did finally arrive, the stitching holding the veil to the hair comb was unraveled about halfway and I had to resew it. Since then I have found yet another rip in the material, and even though i have told them to stop emailing me about buying bridesmaid dresses at their shop. Clearly they don’t care about customer service or the satisfaction of their customers.

Was very agitated and will not be returning to this rude establishment. I was currently not engaged when this happened, but my boyfriend and I had already discussed there would be a wedding in the next year or so… So I went into the store with every intention of buying a dress and was told unless you are engaged you cannot try on ANY dresses. The sales girl could have been a little more nicer about the situation, but rolled her eyes at me like I was wasting her time. Well, I am now engaged and so is a friend of mine and we both will not be returning to give this store any business. If you do decide to go to this place, just make sure your engaged when you go into the store. Otherwise you will be treated like you are wasting their time.

Terrible customer service. The lady hastily measured me and put me down for a size 6 for my bridesmaid dress. I said that I’m usually a 2 or a 4, but the lady told me she knew how to do her job. Okay, whatever. The dress came in, and as expected, the dress is 2−3x too big and alterations will cost more than the dress. The tailor I went to(because I will never be coming here again) asked if the woman who measured me was blind or if she did this on purpose so they could rip me off. Just to be clear, I didn’t lose any weight between buying the dress and the fitting. When I called to complain, the woman said it wasn’t her problem and that I measured a size 6. Obviously I didn’t if the dress has to be cut in half.

I went to Bridal by Viper as I had heard they had a good selection of off the rack dresses. My Mom & I went on a Saturday afternoon and had no trouble getting an appointment. We worked with a very helpful consultant and she asked what I was and wasn’t looking for. She pulled a few dresses along with any that I selected. When trying on the dresses she helped me get in & out of the dresses, ensured I had undergarments and was helpful in her opinions. It didn’t take us long to select a dress and she was helpful in pulling some jewelry to help envision the whole«look». I didn’t have any issues with the dress and I thought the prices were good. Certainly not as cheap as a David’s Bridal, but having been a bridesmaid with David’s before I would pay anything to not have that hassle! I also appreciated that they were local and personable.
