Came here to give blood a few weeks ago. The staff was friendly, though one woman would not stop calling me by the wrong name, even after I corrected her several times. It did take them a few times to find the vein in my arm, which can be painful. But other than that, they were very efficient, and made sure to follow proper procedures. They also made sure to provide drinks afterwards, which is always nice.
