This is an awful establishment, I came here for my first and only time (because of the horrid service) donating plasma. I got there a 9:00 am and by 12:00 I still had not had a physical. While the employees can be nice, they are grossly inefficient at doing their jobs and completing task. Maybe if the employees could tone down their need to have a conversation with everyone they could better focus on their job and improve the turn around times.
